Chris is an enigma to me.

He should just come out with some statements about what happened and why. He owes the industry at least that. If not, then the poker gods need to not be bestowing him with any sort of run good.

Ya, peeps eventually got paid back, but they put their very best customers though some seriously stressful BS for years.

Ledered came out, and has taken the whole responsibility? If so, I don't think he necessarily owes anything, also considering the legal issues. I think they have a law for that in the USA.
