This is false. Playing volume in DON's is MUCH easier than doing it in cash. For a start you can have a ridiculously low VPIP in a DON because half the game you're not even playing any hands.. Cash you would have to be playing so many more hands at the same time to achieve the same hourly hand rate.

Did you read what I said about quality vs quantity?
In this case we are measuring quantity. Because he decidedes to do it in a non optimal way for quantity doesn't make it the world record volume wise.
It isntead become a world record for cashgame.

I can take the world record running 100 meters if I want. If I innclude the rules that during the race I have to be looking to my left and at the same time eat 3.3 grams of candy.

Chiren get the world record for hands in a cashgame. But not necessarily world record in amount of hands played during a month.

Obviously. I'm not saying he should get the world record for hands played in a month because he (probably) didn't. I'm saying that what he did is more impressive, to me anyway.
