And considering the game we're talking about here, I think you can assume that if Phil is losing money in Chinese, he is running bad and not "playing bad."
This is an elaborate brag for Phil to let everyone know he's got PA's phone number..

Basically this post boils down to PH proclaiming: I hang out with PA, Ivey and Chan, we're buds. Also, I can lose huge sums of money and laugh about it. I'm rich, and all the cool kids like me.
