You don't have to feign anything. Just STFU and give up your grudge, because none of that bull**** matters anymore- she's dead.

this really isn't the place for this discussion but i'll just say one post and drop it...i can say with 100% certainty you haven't been through anything that would drive a person to suicide. when you've gone through her life or the lives of those who have killed themselves, suicide is easy. persevering is hard.

lol you really cant see the difference between an NVG topic and a funeral?

No wonder you think suicide takes balls.

I'll make one more and drop it also. Like I said I would never off myself but your 100% certainty doesn't mean ****. You don't know nobody, ever.

i think Brandi deserved a lot of things coming to her at the time. However, If she has passed, let sleeping dogs lie.

Always a sad day when somebody goes too early.

RIP Brandi

RIP. She was certainly a troubled soul.

I never have been able to understand what is so bad that taking your own life is the answer. I've been close to two people who have committed suicide, and even knowing what was going on with them, I just can not come to understand how your mind can think that's the answer.

That said, again, RIP Brandi.

i feel for you man, had a close high school friend commit suicide a month ago with a kid, as well as a friend 2.5 years ago.

it's so sad and it is probably one of those things i will never understand.

I think if you examine the question seriously what is hard to explain, in rational terms anyway, is why so few people commit suicide considering that death is a completely neutral state.

If you are talking about why the particular people who commit suicide do I agree. That is often inexplicable to others.

Shocking news. I enjoyed watching the train wreck as much as anyone and I'm feeling pretty scummy right about now. Her death doesn't change what she did, but I see no benefit in trashing her.

Because people are deeply saddened and are mourning her death. Have some respect.

if you trash her while she's alive you have the possibility to motivate her to change, or to get the message across to the people who know her in real life that she needs help????

wtf are you really this dense?

if you trash her while she's alive you get the chance to get a reaction out of her and watch the trainwreck unfold right in front of your eyes but if you trash her when she's dead you feel kind of guilty and a bad person

trashing her in real life did not motivate her to change, it may have motivated her to do this though

Hello,

My name is Naami. I am planning a move to Thailand in the upcoming months and would love some useful information.

First off, what areas of Thailand are your favorites? I am looking to live somewhere on the beach. I know there are a lot of different beaches, so I'd like to know what everyone here seems to prefer and some information about all of them. Also, does anyone know anything about housing rental prices in the various areas? How do I go about finding and setting up housing before I get to Thailand or once I arrive?

Optimally, I would love to find a small one or two bedroom bungalow somewhere on the beach ~ where I can walk out my front door, see the beautiful ocean, and have my feet in the sand. Is that possible? Does anyone know how much that would cost? Are there any useful websites available to help me?

Also, how is the internet connections there? I'm 25 years old and work online all day. I suppose that is why I have decided to move. I came to the realization that I can live anywhere and would prefer to be in the land of smiles rather than smoggy LA.

I will be bringing my small dog with me. From what I have read so far, that doesn't seem to be much of a problem as long as I have proper certification and health certificates and he is micro chipped. Is this true? Does anyone have any first hand information? I've tried calling the Thai Consulate in Los Angeles last week regarding this (and also obtaining a 1-year multiple entry visa) but I couldn't get a hold of anyone. I will try again on Monday.

I'm very excited about the move. I love to be outdoors and the country is beautiful and has so much to offer. Are there any other outdoor/adrenaline junkies out there? I love all water sports (especially scuba diving), hiking, camping, etc. And I am also starting to learn how to surf. Does anyone have any advice/information on the best areas to go or where I should live in combination with my hobbies?

And very last, but not least... How helpful is it to know the Thai language? I just got the Rosetta Stone software and am hoping to be conversational by the time I arrive. Is this a worthwhile endeavor? How easy is it to get around without speaking any of the language?

Thank you so much!! Eagerly awaiting your response.

~ Naami

Lol the plot thickens
