Interesting, I thought there was a good possibility they were happy just bringing a big case against the largest and most visible sites. I wonder if the 4-6 week "safe" processing meme is true at all.

The government set up a fake payment processor and processed payments for these websites for over a year.

the black friday investigation and this one were conducted by different organizations over a period of several years. both of these investigations also had threads made about them over a year ago. if a different organization was investigating merge then we would already know about it.

these sites without huge name recognition can just change to a .uk domain. pokerstars and full tilts domains were worth millions because they had spent so much moeny advertising them.
