Why would chilipoker (lol?) CEO have info to release and Stars didn't even release it? What would Stars gain by having this come out as a rumor rather than as official news from them?

Tapie was only going to pay 80M, PS is ~ 420M.

Seems like PS overpaid for FTP, LA Dodgers style.

If true, the good news is people will get their money. The operative word is 'their.'

But, beyond that it does nothing for American poker players because unless a major U.S. based gaming corporation owns and runs the company, they are not operating in the United States legally.

Also, monopolies never work out well. So, getting money back is good. Everything else about this deal is bad. If it even happens.
