Tobias Bock, in case you read this: Great job at around the 8:30 min mark interrupting Ben's thinking process where he wants to go deep on Sauce's game. He says: "sry this is gonna be hard to explain", you go "np take your time", then you don't even wait 5 secs and finish it off with some nonsense like "well i guess its too hard to put it into words". Great job on destroying some value of the interview and being super narcissistic. Like to hear yourself talk? Get a new job.

Ben went into the tank here, much rather have the interview carry on then wait a minute of silence. Decent interview, sounds like one of Bens first interviews?

A non-native english speaker with someone who is reticent and/or has difficulty explaining his thought processes doesn't make for a smooth interview. Not much value in this interview outside of reading the Cliffs.
