Not sure that's true. People were talking about nekotyan as if he was a fish but his overall record is very good. http://www.highstakesdb.com/profiles/nekotyan.aspx. Russia aren't one of the worst countries on PTR's top countries list either. It's only really scout and a couple of others who are losing a lot.

The hand went raise to raise to $240 from UTG from Mr Zahmat, jungle flats, urnot 3 bets to $1200, both call.

turn is Jc, urnot checks, jungle bets $6250, urnot calls

River comes 2c, urnot checks, jungle bets $17,500, urnot calls, jungle show QdJd and rakes in the $55,217 pot. So much for soft-playing friends!

Yeah, that person's obviously trying to protect the games they'll never play in yet the regs make it so obvious and sit out the second the "fish" sits out and just won't play against each other till a "fish" sits.
