ye pretty amazing. most of the big names are losers or break even, only a few are consistent winners in the last 5 years. Funnily enough Blom is only down 1m since 2010 which isn't too bad considering the stakes.

Yeah, if you listen to Joe Ingram's podcast w/ WCG, without directly saying it they were inferring a HS game would run around Galfond. Like he obv isn't considered a fish but certainly one of the worst regs in the top PLO games (which is obv still pretty good).

Hasnt galfond barely played any PLO lately? His losses are mostly from mixed and draw games afaik. Hes still a top PLO reg imho and if I were to guess, doug would stir up way more action in PLO than gandalf

1. Wilhasha made lots of tight checkbacks on the river, the tightest being the 86. I think 86 has to be a bet but lots of the others are probably correct, as jungle is as balanced as anyone OOP (we saw plenty of hands of him trapping).

2. Wilhasha made lots of small turn raises with mostly marginal holdings that wanted to show down cheaply. For a while jungle just kept calling and checking river, playing into wilhasha's hands, but then he seemed to adjust and start 3betting turns, not allowing wilhasha to control the pot size.

3. Jungle quite a few times correctly assessed that his second best hand was no good, but instead of folding turned them into bluffs and seemed to get called every time.

Thanks a lot for the insight.

I think it's more than that if you count PokerStars. Though he has had some tournament success as well, but it's really hard to say with all of the bricked tourneys how ahead of the game anyone is.

I'm sure he's making enough from RIO that he doesn't really care tho

Ya but he won about 1.5 million on Stars during the year and a half period where he didn't play on FTP after black Friday.

Pretty sure they were talking about NL. Many many HS PLO regs have put Galfond at the top of their crusher lists. Most of that was a year or two ago I guess
