Still tho, its great to be able to switch on my laptop, load up stars and play for hours at a time. Something that you idiots will NEVER be able to do again. I just now finally read through this thread. I was away from 2p2 for a few days and am very excited to see how much influence this thread has already had within the 2p2 community.

I've been keeping up w PPA actions on and off for a few years now, but I will try and do more for sure. I haven't really spoken to other poker players about getting involved. I will start doing that now for sure.

Everyone remember to check out Harry Reid's twitter today for his town hall responses at 4EST. We have crushed the tweet count for this by like 2:1 or something. TE has the numbers.

While he may not mention us for political reasons, there is no doubt in my mind that this made quite the impression on Senator Reid and can only motivate him to put us on the table very soon.

Fingers crossed though, would be so epic to see him make a statement about ipoker for us!

This is so simple and I can't believe anyone is arguing with this guy. He's just asking poker players (especially the professionals who have influence with the masses of recreational players and lesser known pros) to get involved and help motivate the rest. This is neither naive nor unreasonable. The way you get others outside our community to care is to have a lot of voices shouting about it. The players Slugger mentioned could probably help that.
