It's like saying people dumb when they take $500k vacation because it's "losing money".
the point is that if he is a rational and intelligent person he must know by now that he CAN NOT WIN. if he loves to gamble, he has a better shot playing craps or roulette. nobody who gambles for the thrill of it would ever play a game that they knew they would never win at. obviously pit games are long term losing propositions, but on any given day you can get lucky and crush the house.

everybody in here knows banny simply has no shot. he cant get lucky and take a huge win. obviously he might win a few hands, but hes never going to show a decent profit in the span of a few sessions if he continues to play like he has been.

he has to be a sick person to get entertainment from literally clicking buttons on the computer all day, and with each click he loses an average of $100 or something. what kind of fkn moron gets enjoyment out of that?

How all this started, did banny just sat on a empty table and dougiedan join or what?
Based on information provided in this Thread banny was randomly hopping from Reg to Reg until he ran really good vs Dougie and made a 100k Stack which left an impression on him.

How would other people play it? Looks super standard vs aggro to me.

Or

He might enjoy playing a strategy game against someone super good for the challenge, even if he has no shot of being profitable. Poker has enough ups and downs that you never really get fully 'crushed' against someone out of your league like you would in tennis or chess, so people can enjoy playing someone who completely owns them.

Take luckexpress. Rich sportsbettor who would play nosebleeds against the best. I saw plenty of regs say they were super impressed with him and how quickly he improved, even though he was probably never going to be profitable because he was playing the best. This guy was more talented at poker than you or I, had made millions, and was enjoying the game whilst still having more money than you or I after losing. Is he a moron too?

Really? I like the overbet cbet with a straight to build the pot knowing that there is no chance banny is folding anything. The call of the banny's 3x raise on the turn is also nice rather than getting it allin there.

My point was that he knows exactly how to exploit this player to the maximum and is applying it.

Edit: I now note that you're the guy that made some smug comment against drama's intros before the hands HE POSTS. At least you keep to form.

some nice action @ nl10k, regs are fighting for tables in case banny comes back

Lol no idea what your last paragraph has to do with me commenting on your post. You're acting surprised that one of the top HU players in the world knows the best lines to take vs one of the biggest fish at 10knl ever. I guarantee 98%+ of HU regs at 50nl+ would play this hand exactly the same way vs Banny if they had the previous experience vs him that Dougie has.

By the way, flatting a raise with the 2nd nuts on the turn HU vs a super aggro player is not a new concept to 2015 introduced by Dougie.

Once again, his line is super standard.

WAD - you realise VERY smart & rich people donate in pit games for much more money than 30-50bis at 10knl? You know extremely savvy businessmen do $1m a spin roulette sessions? You think they think they're +EV? Do they care? No.

Who is Dougiedan on ipoker?

Kinda intrigues me that he has settled for 10knl when he could play 40k - must only like hu?

lol @ smart business trying to compete with the best theory, this "lets flip", "play faster" etc. **** is so degen, he has serious gambling addiction, i guess he thinks he can win back his deposits and try harder and harder.
it will be brutal in a couple of days, we will see nonstop 200/400 6max action i think at some point of his collapse.
