True story, in fact I think I posted about a ruling from the game in some forum but I digress. At Grand Victoria Casino in Illinois I watched a mentally challenged gentleman come into our 1/2 game after hitting a 3k jackpot on a slot machine. He had the winner's t-shirt they casino gave him and the whole deal. When I say "mentally challenged", I am not joking around. Think Corky on that old tv show on ABC, maybe two ticks smarter. This guy lived in a group home, for real. Well, he called any bet made. at any time, including the river once with the nut low, and it wasn't a wheel. He played for 4 hours in a 200 cap game and lost around 1900 bucks, before security pulled him out of the game. So Beal plays NL, depending on how many hours he put in, about as well as a guy from a group home.

Or he pisses 100K away like he's some kind of multi-billionaire or something.

I was waiting for that response. Solid Wynn 5/t grinders are pretty good poker players, Beal sat deep, some of them decided it was a good spot to cover him (or at least sit pretty deep), and he got crushed. Does that add up to a very high likelihood of AB being a good poker player?

Of course that is all predicated on the story even being true.

FWIW. If he uses his 11B$ as a bankroll and plays a nitty 500 BI BRM for tourneys, he still had to find a game that costs 22M$ in BI. One Drop must be boring as hell. It's like a 10k$ BRM player only could play mtts in the 3-5$ range.
