Alan Boston calls out 2+2 again - Page 26 - Poker News

he is not Irish or from Mass he is a Jew from Maine......read a book called "The Odds" by Chad Millman that chronicled his sports betting... mostly on college hoop....according to the book he made some large bets (20k a game) and supposedly was a consistent winner......also saw him playing 1/3 NL at Wynn recently so I would guess his BR is not what it used to be...

Could be ....there was 5/10 running and there were open seats at 2/5 as well...he looked pretty content to sit 1/3 for the 4 hours I was there ...probably moved to 5/10 after I left..

From what I gathered by reading Chad Millman's book, Boston's bankroll is more dependent on making winning sports picks than the state of the economy...

I've never met Alan, but I've heard him on the radio several times (talking about college basketball) and I have to say that I like his style. A lot of people don't like him because he comes across as very abrasive, but he says what he thinks and he doesn't pull any punches. In my book, that has to be respected, whether you care for the delivery or not.
