Same here. Then the customer service rep told me if they didn't reach out to make sure i call back in 24 hours. She was able to give me literally no information on the status of the payments.

Made a post a few weeks back re: an account that they couldn't find.

Recap: my normal accounts were raiderduck and raiderduck_, confirmed and all good, getting 15k via cheque like all the ROW players in a few weeks or whatever hopefully.

In the last year or so before BF, I ditched those accounts and was playing under the names MARIA_BLOW and GIVE_UP_MATE (changed RB providers, signed up for new promotion etc). I had a total of 35k online at the time of BF.

After BF, I shifted my money around my 4 total accounts to make withdrawals faster. Anyway, the AP payout dudes are adamant that the accounts MARIA_BLOW and GIVE_UP_MATE both do not exist (although they found the Raiderduck ones fine), and im 100% certain they are the correct account names. From memory i had about 18-20k combined over those 2 accounts which in theory, should still be there.

Call to action! This is a super long shot, but if anyone has any PT or HEM hand history databases with either of these usernames, let me know! I'm trying to prove that these accounts existed and had money in them. If anyone happens to have these, or even any old blogs, or any information at all about these accounts, please let me know.

If I can prove that these accounts existed with money in them, I'll give 10% of any successful withdrawal to anyone who can assist me in digging up any hand histories or anything of the like. If 2 people happen to help me, I'll give away 20% (10% each obv). Definitely in the ballpark of $1500-2000 in it for anyone who's got info. The accounts would have been active from approximately mid/late 2009 onwards.

You put your banking info in on the website? I filed my claim and put banking info but didn't get any response email, although the website confirmed receiving my information. Didn't receive anything yet. During the full tilt payments I got paid in the first wave. For FTP was the second wave of payments for people who filed late or had a special situation? Or it was simply people that did everything the same as the first wave of people but simply were paid second?

I got my DOJ payment yesterday. It was only $25.09 haha, but it's still an awesome feeling seeing this show up on your bank statement:

"DOJ ABSOLUTE FD - ABSFUNDPAY Payment in connection with the Absolute Poker Claims Administration"

My email when they approved my banking info said I had a withholding, but the treasury number they listed had an automated system set up that said I had no outstanding offset payments. Was in the first wave of submitting my info and no payment yet. Any ideas?

correct me if I'm wrong but isn't having 2 accounts (let alone 6 plus) against the rules?

2 is/was obv fine due Absolute Poker & Ultimate Bet. There were some more (dunno if legit) smaller skins which ppl used for multiaccounting/ rakebackwhoreing.

I am in the exact same situation. I am guessing anybody with an offsetting debt is automatically not going to be in the first wave of payments. The CGC said if you have a debt they send the money to the Treasury and you will receive the remainder from them. I would still like some additional information regarding the "debt" that does not show up when I call the number provided. Make it hard to dispute when they don't tell you which agency you supposedly owe money.

Just called support number. They mentioned they don't have any real updates as far as the status of payment because the DOJ is handling that and GCG just handles information on who is owed what. He did seem to suggest they're not done issuing payments and are still going through it, but when most other people have already gotten theirs it's a bit unsettling.

Ah that makes sense. Gator didn't get paid in the first wave because probably has debts. A poker player with debts. No way.

I don't have any debts and wasn't notified of any debts. Can anyone clarify if all the money was supposed to have been sent out on the same day? I'm wondering if the banking info I gave them may have had a typo of some sort.
