I love the.... "I am transferring this to the IRRELEVANT department". This is a Freudian slip as it really is not relevant. If they don't want to take money from Kentuckians, they don't have to. Remember when the legislation hit several years ago? Lots of sites refused money from Americans, even though it was unenforceable at the time- See Poker Stars and Full Tilt. Also see Doyals Room, who quit, and then came back.
