Probably best against a player who will 3bet alot and is better than him. If he does it with both weak and strong hands he will get heinz to bluff off a lot while stazsko can just trap him .

If he start raising buttons against an aggro pro he will get himself in horrible spots.

Just my opinion. It is interesting though.Collins did the same but we know he is good enough. It basically stops people form 3betting you if you think there will be a lot of 3betting .Plus itts completly unexpected.Who prepared their strat obased on a player limping every third hand

Every time, Heinz has put chips into the middle, I always feel like there are some dastardly intentions whether he has a hand or not.
11-08-2011 , 10:52 PM
Lol, I respect Antonio's commentary a lot, but with Heinz playing there's really no use for it.
11-08-2011 , 10:52 PM
Staszko just fold until you get aces, Heinz will always pay you off.

he's obviously hoping a J folds, plus maybe he coul dbe facing a higher 2pr or set that decided to vbet thin. plus maybe he can fold a baby flush. also his hand is not a good showdown hand because his opponent is never vbetting worse so he a pure bluffcatcher. and yes his opponent was obv bluffing with the 8

pretty lol that antonio also says 'i don't think stasco is thinking with any flush here' when heinz is obviously repping K high flush or better. pretty surprised by the low quality of antonio's commentary, i heard on 2p2 that he was a sick commentator

Stazko clearly thinks that pile of money is winking at him. So audacious, and riht in front of everyone!

Ben Lambs twitter: Ben runs into Staszko's pocket jacks on the 3rd hand of play & is eliminated in 3rd for $4,019,635. Thanks to everyone for the support!

Either they didn't chop or he is never allowed to admit it ever.

That's a bit of a stretch. Classic nvg

I think there are only a couple of ways that shove with 2 pair makes sense.

a) Chop ldo

b) He sensed weakness but due to the way that hand played out, he was afraid that Staszko's "weak" hand was better than his weak hand.

Either that or some level way above my head.

Agree with that, because of Heinz's polarized range, you're just getting so sick with a hand like 54dd. You only beat a bluff
11-08-2011 , 10:55 PM
You know, I am beginning to think that river shove was for value by Heinz. During the hand I said to myself "Stash is turning a 9 or an 8 into a bluff" and I suspecnt Heinz might have made the same read and thought that since c/r the river was such a bizarre line, Stash could hero with a hand like that. Pretty ****ing ballsy though since if Stash has a J or a flush he loses the tourney

Analysis-wise, he's so-so, but you know, he has some sort of entertaining charm to him, and it works well with connecting to the recreational player which is what is sometimes should be about.

Is that all that he said?

Jesus, that's not berating his opponents. Either post actual statements if you are going to say **** like "x player is berating other players" or just STFU.
