It was a very interesting day for poker. They day kicked off with three Capitol Hill technical briefings organized by PPA -- one for media, one for governors and staffers, and one for Hill lawmakers and staffers. These briefings, featuring Caesars Interactive, GeoComply, and IDology, showed precisely how Internet poker technology ensures that players are physically located in authorized jurisdictions, are of age, and are who they say they are.
