No idea but about 7 years ago I got my rb on ACR raised from 27% to 35% just by asking them in live chat to raise it lol. I was shocked it actually worked.

It's likely that losing players/net depositors get fast replies and winners get very very very very very slow replies. There is no way the management of the worlds leading poker site would choose to make everyone wait over A MONTH just for a stock reply.

To illustrate our previous claims that we are not rigged against you in
any way, I have attached your performance with the two hands most commonly
associated with bad beats in Hold'em; AA and KK.

Now as you know these are the best 2 starting hands under any circumstance
be it ring game or tournament play. They are however beatable and
depending on how these hands are played (passively or against multiple
opponents as opposed to aggressively and against few opponents) can either
decrease or increase the percentage chance of winning with these hands. In
fact, pocket aces is expected to win about 85% of the time against a
completely random hand. Pocket kings wins much less, because of the
possibility of running into an ace overcard. So you should expect to win
around 75% of these hands.

You've done very well with AA and KK in the week, winning 109 of
123 times with them, an astonishing 88.6% win rate.

As long as they fight against bots and real time gto assistance i am ok with them. Your account frozen sevwral times? You must be into some shady ****. Only thing site lack is rakeback deal because i am bad reg.

I've run worse in stars mtt's in the last 1-2 years than i can ever remember in 15 years. Overpairs and 75% hands feel like coinflips now, flips i must be running 25-30% and if i get it in with less than 30% i'm drawing dead.

Last 2 tourneys i played wcoop main-L and half price sunday million, both times i open shoved AK (13 to 20bbs), got called by KJ and K9 and got busted both times. Being a bit of a maths geek i decided to work out the odds of shoving AK twice and getting called both times by a worse king and losing both times. 27-1 !!! It's tough to go deep in tournaments running that bad.

Took me about 6 weeks to get $40 off their site.
Seriously disappointed.

I deposited first several years ago, with a bank account I no longer have and no longer exists.

Since then I've made several deposits over the last 2 years with my new bank account.

I could only withdraw to the old account though.
Send a ticket to support, they asked me for the last 4 numbers of my old account, which is total bullshit imo.
I quickly replied with the numbers and didn't hear back for several weeks.

I then made a new ticket and it was resolved a few days later.


I've been hearing a lot of bullshit about PokerStars lately, not paying people out or taking very long to do so.
Was sad to experience it myself.
Hope this thread gets them to wake up and start working on their customer service!

Online poker dream is over, time to adjust

Have some friends overseas who all have told me it has gone wayyy downhill. Especially customer service. For me personally had a terrible experience with them in New Jersey last year when I went there for business for a week. Signed up for Pokerstars NJ and deposited money and played a few tournaments. About 4 days into my opening an account I tried to load money and 1 of the options was grayed out. Contacted customer service and they gave me no explanation. Just told me to use another method. Kept pressing them as to why I couldn't use a particular method and they ignored me. Emailed them I was going to go on social media and call them out and then 1 hour later they closed my account and said decision was final.

Didn't really effect me because I don't live in New Jersey and don't go there often but it speaks volumes on how awful their customer service was and basically closed my account for spite because I told them I was going on social media. Total joke all the way around. Screw em, haven't missed them.

Kind of missing my point there, believe me i'm used to losing with AK almost every time i'm dealt it but this was against 2 weaker kings in consecutive big tournaments, its 27-1 odds that i would bust both tournaments there after shoving.

Wasn't talking about sit n go sample sizes or how well AK does over a billion mtts.
Just pointing out the long odds against busting both tournaments like that.

Billion dollar companies do not care about you. How you can be 30+ years old and not know this astounds me.

That you think its worth mentioning losing two 70:30s in tournaments when every pro will have this happen to them multiple, multiple times a day (and have it be itm for large equity spots) makes this seem like a troll.
