How can you say we lost the trade war? Look at our GDP growth compared to China's. They need us way more than we need them - compare our recent trends in total trade to China and other countries.

It doesn't matter if trump understands what a poor person is - what matters is how we finally have a president that is willing to help them.
Tipping the regulative scales heavily in favor of big capital is like surviving on sugar. Cheap, quick, effective in short bursts, and ultimately you'll die a fat malnutritioned slob. The trends have been visible in the US economy for a good while already. Big behemoths are gobbling up contenders, big markets fall on fewer and fewer hands and entrepreneurship is waning. Nothing that can't be turned around, but a) it wasn't necessary to begin with b) the longer it sits, the harder that gets.

As for China, you're mistaking a short battle for the war. An unstable and isolationist US has paved the way for their long-term efforts to dominate international trade. Meanwhile your administration is trying to befriend foreign governments which wouldn't piss on you if you were on fire, breaking promises to the allies you actually need and generally bumbling about about as competently as a beached whale.

Have you seen or heard Chinese diplomats? They're good. Really good. And they're spending spending hundreds billions making friends and building a China-centered trade system.

What is the Trump administration offering up? Sending "don't be a tough guy" via letter? Giuliani doing group chats and federal crimes on Whatsapp while faking federal letterheads? Billionaire donors who apparently have such a bad recollection their testimonies under oath is more "I don't recall" than substance? You literally have the best career diplomats and intelligence officials in the world. And you have a president who has been pushing them under the bus for three years and instead relies on people who so absurdly incompetent that it makes Onion articles from 2015 seem understated.

Right now your foreign policy is literally just surviving because it can coast on solid institutions, but your current president has literally been attacking and tearing down these every damn day of his presidency.

Did you mean the babs thread? Yeah, those were good times...

If it makes you guys feel good, smart and superior by pointing out all of Trump's short-comings, then fire away. You probably aren't going to change any opinions, but enjoy your circle jerk, and then try to do something like win the 2020 election. Good luck....................

This is the weirdest post ever. Are we supposed to not care about a president's shortcomings?

According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, which got its hands on more than 900 of Miller’s emails, more than 80 percent of the stash “relate to or appear on threads relating to the subjects of race or immigration.”

Miller pushed links from the white supremacist site VDARE, articles about a supposed “white genocide,” and touted a French novel, The Camp of Saints, that is popular with white nationalists and Neo-Nazis.

I wouldn't go so far as to call blatant disrespect for the law, violating the constitution and breaking numerous laws "short-comings", I think of it more as flair.

Slavery in America is also very low. Not enough people are talking about this.

You can guarantee that when they are losing an argument, liberals will trot out the race card. Everytime without fail. It's oh so predictable and so boring.

Miller shared with McHugh links to InfoWars, a far-right site that promotes conspiracy theories, and VDare, which publishes white nationalist ideology, according to the emails.

In one exchange from September 2015, Miller references “Camp of Saints,” a dystopian French novel that depicts the decay of Western civilization at the hands of immigrants.

An email exchange from October 2015 shows Miller emailing McHugh with the subject line “Oregon shooter,” an apparent reference to the gunman who killed nine people and injured several others at Umpqua Community College.

Miller writes that the shooter is of “mixed race” and “born in England.”

“Any chance of piecing that profile together more, or will it all be covered up?” Miller wrote
damn right, media covering up the important mixed race angle and the fact a killer of 12 wasn't born here, but rather england. and of mixed race. that is.

Fox news told you this? True there a ton of racism in this country, but I have never encountered this from anyone. Now calling someone a facist, well yea.

Because you are a racist. It is not hard math.

You act like people are unsuitably being labeled racists. When in reality people are racist but say to themselves, I am not “that” kind of racist!

Am I the only one here that finds the argument "this is boring" used mainly by joe6pack really weird?
Wtf is this?
Maybe mass televised exections would be more to your liking?
More entertaining?
Imagine judging political topics here in term of boring.
I can't even

also amazed joe6pack vocabulary and rethorics is almost a carbon copy of trump tweets and fox news and other rightwings talking points expressed with the very same words.

I wouldn't be shocked if hats like that are made in Russia, the US and hundreds of other countries that would be better off with GOATrump winning again. The rest of the world depends a lot on the US economy and the stakes are super high this time around (as they always are) as we exercise our privilege to vote in the most powerful person in the world.
I thought it might have been made in China. This happened on November 2 @ MGM at the 1-2 table during the boxing match. The dealer to the left of me is pregnant. The guy with the hat said he was a radiologist. "Too many X-rays", I suggested..
Here is a picture of the MGM lion in the lobby that night.
