In the US, as I understand it, the largest local-scale charitable donors, who are obviously of a certain age, having built up a certain amount of wealth, tend to donate to their local hospital, where they have reason to believe that, being of a certain age, they are likely to find themselves in for treatment at some point. I'm not sure how 'charitable', as opposed to self-interested, that really is.

maybe it's just like that in big cities. there are gays here that go the club's and have new sex partners every week. sometimes multiple partners a day. there are so many gay bars here is a whole district. that's probably and most likely the minoryy worldwide. but that poses the biggest risk in spread imo. those loose cannons need to be spotted out and monitored as they pose a risk for the whole society. this may sound terrible, what do you think? why do loose cannons get to put so many people at risk?
