This was easy Arrest every protester that does not leave. Obviously they get out on bail and return and you arrest them again.
As for Tow Trucks . You keep upping the rate till you get a bite. I am sure a driver would tow for $5000 an hour . There becomes a $ figure were greed takes over
I am shocked that doxing of donors is going on at twitter and some news sources. I just hope CTV and CBC and Global are not participating in this
I would not even go in and arrest them. They want to be dragged out, show it escalating to fights and conflicts knowing some police will handle it badly, etc.
Just cordon off the area. Put police tape all around it. Cut off all supplies going in and out. And allow people to leave but not re-enter.
Have the Military put together a logistics plan to haul all the heavy equipment including every last truck out. That is well within the militaries power to do.
This way if you end up with fights on TV it is the derps picking a fight as they try to push past police and military forces saying 'you cannot enter that zone' and then getting arrested when they try. That is far less sympathetic then seeing the police go in and drag a father away from his truck with his wife and kids screaming nearby.
