If this is somehow true, it says fox news was desperately afraid of tucker interacting with women.
I think it was CNN and that should have been scared of Lemon working with women

She left with 60 hours of tape so will they be settling with her as well before discovery.

Note in all the text messages revealed in Dominion Tucker was also critical of upper management and Murdoch which probably didnt sit well either

The Republicans, (and the democrats for that matter) always seem to cater to the base they already have, never attempting to expand their voting base.

Some day, there's gonna be a blank slate politician, with no expressed political opinion on anything, and he's gonna win 49 states in the presidential election.

Curious why you think the two major political parties never try to appeal to everyone.

Isn't it by definition that they don't try to appeal to everyone?

No not really. Appealing to (almost) everyone is sort of the definition of populism.

The short answer is: the Primary system breeds extremism, especially for the republicans.

Once they get to 25%, do you think they will be happy there?

Tucker Carlson Drops First Video After Fox News Ouster

Carlson went on to criticize cable news for ignoring the “undeniably big topics” which will “define our future,” such as “war, civil liberties, emerging science, demographic change, corporate power” and “natural resources,” and claimed that “debates like that are not permitted in American media.”

“Both political parties and their donors have reached consensus on what benefits them and they actively collude to shut down any conversation about it. Suddenly the United States looks very much like a one party state,” Carlson suggested, before saying that while it was a “depressing realization,” it would not be permanent as the “current orthodoxies” would not last.

And natural resources. We need someone who can speak truth to sand.

I also would dispute the notion that you have to be physically in the office to contribute negatively to a corporate culture.
Right wing Twitter accounts are reporting that Tucker and this woman never spent 1 second in the same room together, and it is unlikely he could pull her out of a lineup. It is very possible he contributed to a negative culture. It is also possible he didn't. The point is this lawsuit probably has very little to do with Tucker's personal behavior (if at all), but the MSM has probably been sitting on it waiting to "report it" making it all about him, and they got their opportunity and they are taking it.

The same way the Buffalo shooter (who was as much an ecoterrorist as white supremacist based on his manifesto) wrote a 20 page manifesto about the need to kill black/brown people to save the environment, with no indication at all he had watched a single second of Fox News or Tucker, and the MSM made this all about Tucker too somehow.

Whatever you think of Tucker, there is nothing organic or honest about the smear campaigns that have come out against him, and I am sure there are plenty more coming down the pike.

Disney/ESPN are making a lot of cuts. I am sure it was a simple matter of them telling him they were going to fire him/not renew his contract and him and them negotiating whatever terms they did.

He already had the votes of the people who hated Disney.
The only reason he is on the national stage at all is for attacking Disney. His political fortunes are failing for 2 main reasons.

1. Trump getting indicted and then taking calculated shots at DeSantis when the base rallied around him.
2. People getting to know DeSantis the person outside of his attacks on Disney. Matt Yglesias made this point before when no one really knew that much about him. He actually is not a very good public speaker, is not charismatic, and has some extreme positions that would turn off moderate Republicans when they got to know him better, such as anti-aboriton and cutting various forms of welfare.

He was previously living in DC and working in DC and NYC. He said his family was getting harassed a lot and he was scared for their safety, and moved for safety concerns. Maybe this is true, maybe it isn't. But Twitter under the previous regime did allow his home address to be spread around, and activists did show up there to protest on more than one occasion, so it is plausible this was the truth.

You really should look for information outside MSM propaganda. Or at the least understand those information sources purposefully omit a lot that doesn't fit the narrative, so you are likely to be under-informed on many topics.

Bolded doesn't sound plausible to me. Pre-COVID, it wasn't at all unusual to see the inflammatory "talent" in the Newscorp building in midtown. And Tucker has been quite open about the small town he worked from in Maine. If you wanted to harass him in 2022, it wouldn't have been hard to find him.

I suspect that the explanation is much more prosaic. As he got older and his profile and importance to Fox went up, he became increasingly interested in living in a way that suited him, especially during COVID. And he had the leverage to make that happen, so that's what he did.
