The people I was describing refer to themselves as such. See here for an example, someone describing some of their experiences around the controversy at the Michigan festival. I didn't mean it to be pejorative, although I probably should have realized it would come across that way to anyone that wasn't already familiar with the group.

Just saw this. It seems the logical extension of your analogy (not sure if this is the right word) is that Mexican police are less corrupt, abusive, and racist against blacks. I suspect if you actually tested this, you would find yourself wildly disappointed on all 3 counts.

That wasn't an analogy, and those products are from Spain. I will never understand your need to try so hard to trap people in inconsistencies. Seems like a weird hobby.

It's a labor of love. Carry on then.

I have an I, Claudius update for y'all: Brian Blessed has been trying to get to 100k followers on Twitter and he's only 300 away.

Pleased to report the great man has got there. (Although he's slightly confused as to the difference between 'likes' and 'followers'.)

Plus he ascended Everest three times without oxygen (never reaching the summit, but then it's difficult) and he was in Z Cars, I Claudius and The Sweeney.

Here he is in The Sweeney with Ian Hendry (of Get Carter fame) and of course John Thaw, whose line 'Switch off or they'll collect your head in a pillowcase' is quite good.

Dave chappelle would save the democratic party if they could convince him to run. Which they couldn't. What a beautiful speaker.

Really should counter Democrats trying to hide their shameful history with putting up statues to Republican freedmen, carpet baggers, and scalywags

Hey WN, why was my post that actually made a point delete-worthy while posts from others like "you are a ******, full stop" are totally fine? Would appreciate some help understanding where the line is, thanks!

I wasn't sure what you meant, but since I could only think of one post of yours that I deleted today, I went back to look at it.

It turns out that when I view it in tapatalk there is text that is not shown, but which does appear when I view it in a browser. Since that text does not appear in tapatalk, it made the post appear to have no content at all in tapatalk, which is why I deleted it at the time. Since it does in fact contain some content, I've undeleted it.

Sorry about the confusion.
