Because the mods have an ethos: they would rather watch the whole forum burn down than ban a single poster, even if that poster puts up photos of mangled baby corpses. They dropped the 7 layer? Used to go to Taco Bell a lot, but basically stopped when I had kids; because the kids only want McDonalds. 7 Layer was my go to also, although a lot of variance in how they came out. All about getting the sour cream amount right IMO.
