big week coming up for andy

Quote:
Two of Prince Andrew’s avenues to prevent or stall the progression of Virginia Roberts Giuffre’s sex assault lawsuit against him were blocked on Saturday by a federal judge, increasing pressure to settle claims before a crucial court hearing this week.

Judge Lewis A Kaplan, in a written order, told the prince’s lawyers they must turn over documents on the schedule that has been set in the lawsuit brought by Guiffre who claims she was abused – aged 17 – by the prince on multiple occasions in 2001 while she was being sexually abused by financier Jeffrey Epstein.

Kaplan also rejected arguments by the prince’s lawyer, Andrew Brettler, on jurisdiction grounds after they argued last week that the lawsuit should be dismissed because Giuffre, a US citizen, no longer lives in the US.

The rulings come before an important case hearing in New York on Tuesday, one day after the scheduled public release on Monday of a 2009 settlement agreement between Epstein and Giuffre that lawyers for Andrew had hoped would protect him from Guiffre’s claims.

In other words, you could make that much off of someone like Leon Black if you ran a highly profitable hedge fund in which he was an investor.

But there is no way that Black paid Epstein $158 million for advice on estate planning and optimization of the structure of his family office. You could hire lawyers from the best law firms and accountants from PwC or Deloitte to do that sort of work for an hourly rate without spending even 5% of what he paid Epstein.
You pay him that much when he gives you something you can't just buy on the market.

I am assuming underaged girls.

If you are a sick old man with a lot of money, where do you go if you want underaged girls?

The only other reason to pay someone that kind of money from Leon Black's position would be if Epstein brought in billions of $ of investors to Leon Black's asset management company but the mechanics of that don't really make sense with how things played out.

It's a good thing to remember me and everything I have said about you. Internalize and remember it.

I do not remember anything you have said specifically about me. You can remind me if that makes you feel better as it seems to have you bottled up a bit. Your choice. Sorry you lost that fitness challenge.

Oh you do care. That's what I love about it. It's easy to troll you.

Clearly you want me to care. Try to imagine this chat ever happening in the reverse. It cannot happen. I will never ask you, nor worry about if you "care." I get that people like me frustrate people like you, but my suggestion is you figure out a way to deal with it. Or not. As you clearly know, I do not care which you choose, but I hope when you post in the future you will be entertaining. Maybe share what age a person becomes useless according to your beliefs if you have the courage as that could be fun!

Yeah this chat won't happen in reverse since I won't spend my twoplustwo life posting zero content troll paragraphs.

Sure, you post weak troll sentences to vent your frustration, but the dynamic is as I described, which you know. Your inability to write an actual paragraph is not really part of the emotional equation, but if that belief brings you comfort then go for it. No difference to me , as you also know by now. Have a great 2022 in whatever it is you do. Thanks for the chat, and let's let this chat get back to whatever the latest conspiracy theories are for this case.

All the best.

Yeah I know the dynamic, your schtick is to write paragraphs to troll the forum. Very productive.

Put me on ignore if you think that is what I do, then you will not have all this emotional baggage as you venture into your upper middle age years. Time to let this thread go back to the topic of all things undead pedo. Sorry that this has been a paragraph.

Sadly, I'm sure that there are many people out there who would supply old rich guys with underaged girls for a tiny fraction of what these guys shipped to Epstein.

Yeah, that seems probable.

So what was Epstein's assets ?
Just a good guy to party with ?

I don't discount the C.T. idea that it was an intel gathering operation but that's only because he ended up dead so quickly.

We'll see if Maxwell meets the same fate.

And they thought the Pizza Gate story was crazy. lol

Possibly.

But all the explanations that Leon Black's hired gun law firm gave after their "audit" makes no sense.

Apparently, Epstein’s big break for Black came in 2012 when he solved what the report says was a mounting problem in a grantor trust that Black had established in 2006, with the help of a trust and estates attorney recommended to Black by—wait for it—Epstein. But the flaw in the trust, if not fixed, would have cost Black between $500 million to $1 billion, “or more,” Dechert wrote. There seems to be no plausible explanation for how Black allowed this to happen or why a tax expert would make such a colossal mistake. Black tried to solve the problem with all his experts. But he couldn’t, alas.
All roads lead back to underaged girls.

But based on his Florida case it seems him and his clients were pretty protected. Definitely worth paying a premium.

If it walks and talks like a duck, it's probably a duck!
And Epstein was walking and talking like a duck, pimp I mean.

In Florida they had enough to jail any normal person to a couple life sentemces, but not Epstein! He was walking out there free. Watch the video I linked if you don't believe me. You are not the only one who thinks his was bs. The victims know how much bs it was very well.

Former U.S. Attorneys Weigh in on Whether Ghislaine Maxwell Will Testify Against Other Participants

Former United States Attorneys Joyce Vance, Barbara McQuade, Kimberly Atkins, and [famous] Watergate prosecutor Jill Wine-Banks have teamed together for a weekly podcast program called Sisters-in-Law in which they discuss topical legal issues. In this week's podcast, (beginning at the 7:00 minute mark), they discuss the conviction of Ghislaine Maxwell and where the case might go from here.

https://tunein.com/podcasts/News--Po...nLaw-p1403924/

The more interesting part of this discussion begins at the 19:00 mark when the sisters discuss the likelihood of a deal being struck in which Maxwell will agree to testify against "other men" involved in Epstein's crimes in exchange for a reduction in her sentence. This is my interpretation, but the impression I have is that Ghislaine is going to have to produce explosive revelations - that can be independently corroborated - to have any chance at all of having her sentence reduced.
