A big chunk of that book's audience was late 90s 10th grade trench coat introvert white dudes. They're about 40 now and they are still around, but I think we somewhat disagree on the severity of their current existence.

I honestly have no idea how much of a role that book plays in with Hamas.

Those guys weren’t Nazis, they were theater kid weirdos.

Mein Kampf mostly gets read by people making a point about reading banned books or historians, it’s supposedly a muddled slog of a book that everyone in Nazi Germany bought but few ever read. There’s no way anyone is reading that to children as a bedtime story, cmon.

These days, Neo-Nazis read **** like The Turner Diaries and None Dare Call it Conspiracy.

In case there is any confusion, there is actually one work whose precepts and teachings guide Hamas's behavior, and it is not Mein Kampf:

I get it. But they can't win so it's time to accept reality and bear the unbearable. That reality might allow for a demilitarized, deradicalized Palestine, which might mean their children could live in peace. That's better than dead or in a refugee camp, imo, even if it means giving up on or forestalling the dream for the next generation to decide on.

This kind of thing shows how hard it is to remove the primary cause of suffering for Palestinians.
The entire town came out to celebrate the tortures, executions and dismemberments. Basically a block party. And this is in the "moderate" West Bank.

And according to the official narrative, these are the people Israel is supposed to make peace with (1 or 2 state solution) with open borders. Yeah, not happening.

It is actually wild Israel has even offered them so many compromise 2 state solutions (7 to date). I wonder if Israel knew they would be thoroughly rejected by the Palestinians (which they were). How would one even go about making peace with a population so fueled by hate?

And this of course is the real reason why no Arab nation would, or could, send Arab peacekeeping troops to maintain order in a post Hamas Gaza. This would be the fate of the peacekeepers. If the UN or Western nations sent peacekeeping troops, they wouldn't be publicly executed and dismembered like this for PR reasons, but the casualties would be so high it would be untenable, which is why this is not a realistic option either.

Do you really not see how the Palestinian people have been wondering that for decades? I mean, c'mon now, your other unsourced, atrocity propaganda aside, how can you honestly not see the hypocrisy in that statement?

If only they had read the Bible. No one ever justified terrible things based on their reading of that book.

lol they are celebrating their kids' birthdays by killing children. what is wrong with their culture? like, how do you raise people like this?

and that Golda Meir quote was a lie ofc (big surprise right?). to refresh she said, "We Can Never Forgive the Arabs for Making Us Kill Children".

maybe that upset her, but this new generation surely relishes it.

Am I reading wrong, or is this article about actions taken on Thursday, while today is Saturday?
