Washoe should try actually clipping your name from a screen like this and pasting it in the appropriate field of the PM. When only one specific poster has an issue sending a PM to only one other specific poster, they can't duplicate in PM sent any other poster, and no other poster can duplicate the issue sending to the same person, user error of some kind seems most likely. When you factor in that replying to a PM works, it becomes even more likely.
But as you say, getting as specific as possible with the issue is best, as it's going to be extremely difficult to solve problem that can't be duplicated.
