Adding rake to random tournaments again? Recently daily $55 and titan hyper pko $60 rake has been increased.

lmao came here to say the same thing about the $60. As if the extra $1.50/buy-in is going to make a world of difference for BOL.

Why was the GTD of the daily $55 25k halved to 12.5k? Is this a one off thing or it'll be like this going forward?

Feels weird cuz the times it overlayed it didn't do it by much.

Lately, as few MTTs as I play, Situation is just horrible eG. stuff that was posted in the past.
Yesterday $5.50 Triathlon (I admit, for this site largely off-peak, but that doesnt change the fact), after late-reg had ended had 5 players to bust till ITM. If I remember correctly it was 31players and 26 ITM, but it seems a little odd? Maybe Lobby did not refresh? I doubt so, but it had systenatically been bad at this network, always. You need someone with knowledge to work on your schedule + all tourneys at its own!!!

I also do not really get the schedule overall - by now, you have a pretty good players-base from Europe as well (this can be confirmed by Sharkscope). I do get traffic is weighted to US players for a reason, but nothing had really been done for us EU players. Even the freerolls last month were always at 2am my time for example (4am Ukrain/Russian, most of your European traffic), I guess we Europeans would have even prefered all in shootouts instead of playing a freeroll in the middle of the night. Whoever has these promotional ideas should be fired instantly, no offence at all, but he/they have no clue on how to spend promotional money in a sense that it is not just thrown out of the Window

Wanted to share the latest announcement from the Chico Poker Network regarding their upcoming poker tournament series. Starts this Sunday, January 23rd through February 6th and features 130 Championship events over 15 days. The buy-in ranges start at $11, all the way up to $320 and the main event is a $300,000 GTD @ $109. Here are a few things to consider:

• $2 Million in guaranteed tournaments

• There are satellites and sit & go satellites with buy-ins of $1.10, $2.20, $3.30, $5.50, $6.60, $8.40, $11 and $12.50)

• They'll be Freerolls running 24/7 awarding tickets into Satellites and Events

• Players that participate in multiple Championship events will qualify for Random Poker Prizes

• They are featuring mobile-only events during the series too

I noticed they weren't featuring any Omaha events and it appears the reason for this is because they are gearing up for an Omaha-only series following this one.

Has there been any discussion of pushing back the end of late reg (or start of MTT) of the sunday major? The end of late reg being at 5:20 ET doesnt allow for me (and I imagine others) to register. I feel like other American facing sites still have late reg open until at least 6-630pm ET. Thanks

I haven't seen this topic being discussed, at least not since I've been moderating the forum. I will send the feedback to the tournaments team but I imagine it wouldn't be an easy tweak since they've been running the Main at the same time for quite a long time.

EarlyBird $109 not there again today, there was no series game around that buyin level yesterday or today, guess I put in another 109 from another site into my schedule.
It was smashing the guarantee

Great to see the addition of the rebuy tournaments to Chico finally happen!

The rebuy events during the series games were great! ..

But one suggestion I have is to start the $109 rebuy about 1.5-2 hours later at 4.30-5pm ET, because I noticed that the only rebuys that overlaid during the series had a 3pm ET starting time when traffic was much lower, because I noticed that the only rebuys that overlaid during the series had a 3pm ET starting time..

Whereas the rebuys which started at 5pm/7pm/9pm all easily beat the guarantee's because the traffic is much higher at these times!

One more suggestion is to make the structure a little bit better, I posted my thoughts on this in the Tournaments Improvement Threads;

Changing the structure to 7.5k start stack, 7.5k rebuys, 15k add-on, and making it a 7-max structure (just like in the series) would be excellent!

Great to see feedback from players being heard and implemented for the betterment of the Chico network.

It would be a nice to have I think for a lot of tournament players. I've reached out to the Tournaments crew to see what I can get from them.

I know they make changes quite often but usually the core tournaments remain the same.

The $109 rebuy has reverted back to the old earlier start time that was originally posted, and because of that the game did not run today, as it is on far too early before any bit of traffic starts to pick up.

I think the game should start later at 5.30pm if it wants to get more runners.. or even better, it should switch starting times with the $33rebuy.

Starting the $33 rebuy at 5.30pm ET and the $109 rebuy at 7pm ET, with the better structured stacks as mentioned previously (7.5k, 7.5k rebuy, 15k add-on).

The numbers in $109 rebuy will vastly improve if moved to later in the evening US time for sure.

If you are on one of the desktop poker clients they'll show up under "My Missions" (bottom left hand corner).

If you are on the mobile client click the top left menu and go to "Contests".

There's several KOTR Leaderboards running:

• One in every "weight-class" that tracks your knockouts in each tournament. $10,000 in prizes

• The ones called "KOTR Challenges" are based on tournaments played. Award Random Prizes when you reach 5 and 10 events played

Hi I am also wondering where the 830pm $12 rebuy went? I also would like to suggest maybe some sattys for the morning $55 $25. Maybe all the red tournaments in the lobby could have at least 1 or 2 sattys. I see there are a ton for the nightly $60 but zero not so much for the rest of the red tournaments. Thanks.

Im trying to get money more then 10days.
