Postflop, when you are facing a bet the % pot buttons give you an inaccurate sizing
For example:



I pressed 50% pot and the amount was 22.08, but it should be 27.08

How the software calculates it: 14.17 + 3 x 10 = 44.17 pot, devided by two (because its 50%) = 22.08
That's wrong
How its actually calculated: 14.17 (original pot) + 10 (his bet) + 10 (my call) = 34.17, devided by two (50% raise) = 17.08, 17.08 + 10 (my call) = 27.08

Keep in mind it also applies to other sizings aswell
Like on my pic a 33% raise would be 14.17 + 10 + 10 = 34.17, devided by 3 = 11.39
11.39 + 10 = 21.39, so 21.39 = 33% raise
But since the client calculates it like 14.17 + 10 + 10 + 10 = 44.17, devided by 3 = 14.72
So it thinks a 33% raise is 14.72, which is less than a minraise, which is why I cant even click the button

In the 'info' tab of tournaments, I often cannot see the 'rank' line. Do you guys know about this error?

I played a few today and noticed that as well. It seems to disappear and reappear randomly. Also, what's the deal with the lobbies not showing the rank?

I complained about this 2 or 3 weeks ago and sent mike a screenshot. Obv they could careless about it so. As long as they have all these new quarantined fish sun running on here that's all they worry about apparently.

Which grabber/catcher do you guys use for Chico?
My Advanced Converter(Chico catcher) just contained a Trojan Horse apparently.
(Trojan:Win32/Spursint.F!cl ) - I dont know if its something to worry about or not, but I asked an expert, and he told me, that this Trojan Horse is designed to steal Crypto, which would make sense, as I bought the catcher with BTC. Again: I dont know if this warning from my antivirus program is correct or not, but if so, then it does matter which catcher you wanna use.
And for the record: I obv texted advanced converter to let them know, but they havent said much to be honest.
Anyone else tried this? Which catcher do you guys recommend?

Is that a question or a suggestion? If a question, then it's not possible. They removed the ability to see who is at cash tables from the lobby sometime last year. If you're making a suggestion to bring it back then I completely agree.

Its great, but unfortunately it only tracks the hands you actually play (or rail) while sitting at the table. Advanced tracks handseven when you just have the table open. You dont even need to sit at the table. Thats why their catcher is better, imo.

I just tried out betonline and the client is freezing randomly so often I have to restart it about every 5 mins. I can tell the game is still going because I can still hear the sounds, but the graphics stop working. Killing the client and restarting fixes it but this is pretty unusable. Does anybody have any tricks to fix this?

Win10, desktop client, happens without any catchers running or anything.

I haven't heard of not being able to install it before.

A few reasons you might not be able to connect are:

• You currently have no internet connection.
• The network is actually down.
• You're not running the client as administrator.
• You need to exclude the client in your anti-virus program.

Hi i'm trying to install TigerGaming on my new desktop and at first everything worked fine. however after a few minutes the client crashed with an error 12002. I tried relaunching the program, but received the same error, then i tried uninstalling and installing the soft. Had the same error while trying to install the program. can anyone help me with this problem? picture of the error added below.

afterwards i tried to connect on my laptop and it allowed me but after i registered to a few tournaments it crashed again and now i can't event play the tournaments I paid for because the client doesn't load for me..... I'm literally loosing money because of this....

I am sorry to hear this, do you have any other software or programmes running in the background that maybe interfering with the client?

Have you tried speaking to customer support?
