You might have to record video if you want to make sure this one gets addressed.

I'm pretty sure it should auto-activate at every table you've put money in the pot(VPIP'd) and if you haven't put money in the pot then you need to activate it yourself.

I've been having the same issue on MTT tables. It seems to go back and forth between showing your rank and not showing it

Regarding poker software freeze 03/11/2020.

There were 2 freezes that day.
One stop was when I played in a tournament with rebuy: rebuy: $ 2,500 Gtd Hold'em NL $ 5 + $ 0.50
It started on 03.03.2020 at 00:30.

on the same day, but already from 17 00 to 18:30
another global freeze occurred within hours. and in it I spent 6 tournaments and lost my money.

March 11 16:00 Deep Grind: $ 1,000 Gtd Hold'em NL $ 10 + $ 1 Entrance No. 1
March 11, 17:30 $ 3500 Mega Satellite: 5 x $ 33 Gtd Hold'em NL
$ 5.25 + $ 0.25
Record No. 1

March 11, 18:00 Deep: $ 2000 Gtd Hold'em NL $ 20 + $ 2 Entry # 1
March 11, 18:00 Deep: $ 300 Gtd Hold'em NL $ 2 + $ 0.20
Record No. 1
March 11 19:00 Mega: $ 1500 Gtd Hold'em NL $ 10 + $ 1
Record No. 1

March 11 19:00 Mega: $ 150 Gtd Hold'em NL $ 1 + $ 0.10

I immediately wrote off in a chat and recorded a hang of tournaments.
In the chat, support confirmed all the freezes and that they had problems.
sent screenshots with a hung poker client.
In response received a refusal of compensation. Tournament frosts are said to be unprecedented)

this is of course very funny. Today, new screenshots and the history of all tournaments have been prepared.
awaiting a response.

Already tired of knocking these pennies out of this room. a lot of time was spent.
Moreover, everyone understands and knows that tournaments were held in large numbers, and there are lists of participants in these tournaments.
but they do not want to return the money !!!

Personally, I will say that if they do not compensate me for the loss, then I will no longer play in this room.

I have many screenshots and explanations about the freeze in each of the tournaments, where it can be seen that the tournaments are taking place on that day and that I and many other players are hanging in these tournaments.

The Betonline room is fooling itself and claims there was no freezing !!!
although there is a fact and everyone knows about it.

This is very funny when I sent them screenshots of how the tournament stops with detailed explanations, there is also a game history in my account where it is clear that the players are not participating in the game.

At the same time, 6 more tournaments were held, and they also hung, and this fact was recorded by an employee in the chat. but they do not want to make a refund

I have all the evidence for this fact.

There is no other poker room with a boorish and contemptuous attitude towards its customers!
All poker rooms as soon as possible compensate for losses from freezing in tournaments. and not just return buy-ins, but transfer tournament chips for money, depending on your tournament position !!
In this situation, I tried to return the cents for three days and could not get a refund!

I was registered for 10 tournaments today. I cannot open to BOL client now. I get this message, but nothing has changed on my end.
BetOnline Game Client is taking too long to start and will be closed.
Along with other stuff like make sure drivers are updated etc.

BOL works fine for me today. Did your operating system update since the last time you were able to login? I've had that happen to me before. I went back to the last restore point and it worked. Maybe try that and see?
