Why are the prices in the weekly rake races tickets to the monthly 250k Gtd 109$ Main Event and not for the weekly 150k Gtd 109$ Main event like they used to? Is there any way we can get our tickets converted?

How long does it usually take for prizes to be distributed after a weekly event is over? I haven't gotten any of my TM from the spring tournament series still.

Should be pretty soon after the contest ends, but that's not always the case.

I'd contact live chat and ask if they can have somebody manually apply the TM to your account.

You could also ask BetOnline Mike here to look into it for you if you send him a private message with your email and account information.

I got an e-mail saying I had a free gift waiting for me in the poker room. I logged in and it was a little spin that had free $109 tournament ticket, free $10 and some other stuff. I landed on the free $10. I am just wondering if there are special terms and conditions for this? I didn't see any playthrough requirements or anything of that nature, and deleted the e-mail. I am just wondering if there are restrictions in how the money can be used, withdrawn, etc. Can anyone answer this for me?

Was thinking about putting money on BoL and getting the full deposit bonus. Any idea how many hands at PLO 100/PLO 500 it would take to clear?

Do those games run much? Volume seemed a little low when i was checking them today...

I didnt not get credit for my AA in todays mission, I sent the hand history and screen shots to support, but I should not have to do this. I hope this is not a repeat of the hand collector mission.

Same for me as well. I didn't get credit for being dealt AA in the mission grinders promotion.

Same here. Got AA in an MTT and in fast fold and it's not crediting it. I know it is for others as you can see many have gotten a ticket already. Ugh this is stupid, these hand missions.

Apparently BetOnline Mike is no longer with the company (at least that's what TD Dan said in the discord I'm in with him), so guess we have to deal with customer service to get this resolved.

Thank you for your patience. It does seem like there was an issue with the mission, we are working on it. For now I have escalated this to the relevant department to have it looked into. Once feedback is available, you will be emailed.

So yeah, day 1 and they're already having issues.

I got credit for the MTT and the flops is crediting. Just the AA not credited. This is how it was before for me in previous iterations of these as well.
