I find the daily races very attractive!

In my opinion Daily races are better than Weekly ones, hard grinders can still get in top10 like 3-4-5 times a week and get some rest the other days. For the recs - they also can compete if in a day they have more free time, but they cant get anything from the pool if its on a weekly basis.

As a SnG player, the main reason I like it is because it brought players to the field. The traffic jumped like 250-300% and this is amazing!

Also the missions are very attractive for the recs!

I suggest you keep em next month too, for example:

Weekly missions:
- Play x amount of raked hands in NLHE.
- Play x amount of raked hands in PLO.
- See x amount of flops in 6+ Holdem
- See x amount of flops in PLO8.
- Play x amount of SnGs.
- Play x amount of Windfalls.

Then put all the qualifiers in a Satellite where top50 gets a ticket to your flagship tournament: The Sunday Main event.

It is not that I personally want this promotion, its me saying recs will find it very attractive, bring em to all formats every day again and again cause they would like so much to complete it. They ( we all do ) also love the main event! Bring more fun players to it!

Its a win-win-win deal

As a micro SNG rec, my traffic has dropped 80% (feelz, no proof).

As a 25+ year micro SNG rec (I choose not to study the game and want to keep it recreational), I don't play cash games. Most recs are usually cash/tourney recs or SNG/tourney recs.

The weekly Missions don't appeal to me because of the cash game requirements.

The greatest SNG promo Chico had for recs, was the point-based system based on knock-outs and 1st, 2nd and (3rd) place finishes. Never saw so much SNG action before that promo and it's been dead ever since.

It'd be great to see a Daily Races set up in 3 different time chunks (8am-4pm, 4pm-midnight, midnight-8am). This would keep it somewhat fair to the non-grinders but also offer the 16-hour grinders to enter another time chunk.

For SNG/Windfall:
Offer a combo SNG $1.50-$3.50 (windfall: $3-$6) package, SNG $7-$15 (windfall: $7-$15) package and SNG $30-$60 (windfall: $25-$200) based on the point system.

For Cash:
Don't know cash but generally same type of packages based on rake.

Offer SNG/Windfall, tourney $, and Cash, rake-back % in cash.

That's what would make "rec me" a happy person.

That might be good for recs who have 10 hours to play on Saturday or Sunday. But daily rake races are going to be the toughest on weekends. And it doesn't do anything at all for a rec who plays 2-4 hours a day every day.

yeah I guess you could keep a daily rake race to reward the high volume players like that, but you also need to reward people who play a 1-3k hands a day like myself. the tiered rakeback idea is the best one I've seen so far imo

The day 15 mission is not recording the # of flops I reached in Omaha. Haven't had an issue up until today. I've tried quitting and restarting the app. I've played PLO cash tables for a few hours and definitely reached 25 flops. It says I have reached 0.

I just played more and saw the flop in PLO cash games about 8 more times. It still says I've reached 0 flops.

Mike, this is a little ridiculous imo. I've qualified for a lot of these daily missions and it's never not counted my accomplishments.

Sadly, I had an issue with not being paid out correctly for the rake race for the week when BoL had their cyber attack.

You PM'd me asking me for my account info, which I readily provided, and you said you'd get back to me.

I have yet to hear from you regarding that several months later.

Now the app is not counting the flops I've seen in PLO cash games for one of the accomplishments on today's daily mission.

It would be nice if I could get some sort of response from you BetOnlineMike regarding both this and the rake race from the week of the cyber attack.

Same thing happened to me (Day 5 or 6 of the mission).
Didn't want to participate in the mission because of the cash game requirement but figured WTH.
After seeing the flop 42 times it finally said I had 20. All 42 were with at least 3 people active at the table.
Live Chat person kept me in chat for 40+ minutes and finally said, nope-it all checks out.
The system was only crediting every other flop seen. Very shady.

Betonline can only apologise for the hands not being recorded. It may have been an error when being put on the system, but it is being looked into and hopefully sorted out asap

You can only apologize?? Really??? You can rectify it by giving those affected some sort of compensation/$T/etc. Wtf do you mean you can only apologize? That's total bs imo.

No need to include that in your post. All you had to say is it's being looked into and you apologize for the mishap. No need to say you can only apologize.

I understand your frustration, but i was apologising for the hands not counting on a few accounts. Did you qualify for the free 1k all in tourney?

The best way to rectify the situation would have been to speak to live support and they would have been able to send you the ticket.

I will ask about your situation if you send me a pm with your account number and email address.

I would not expect things to be rectified. The first month I played on this network, they ran a promotion around Halloween time requiring you to rake a certain amount to qualify for a $5K freeroll. I made sure to hit the rake requirement, and the day of the freeroll, I opened the client, and just got a popup saying "Access Denied." The tournament able would not open. I called Live Support, and they told me to talk to Live Chat. I talked to Live Chat, and they said they were aware of the issue, and they would reach out to players to make the situation right. I never once got an email or any sort of acknowledgement that the situation was being made right. I also messaged the BOL reps on this forum, I was told it was being looked into, and nothing was ever done. I was also not the only player to post on the forum about the issue with this "TOT Haunted Freeroll."

So basically I just realized that on this network to not go out of my way to try to hit promotions. Because if the promotion doesn't work out as it should, there's a good chance nothing is going to be done to rectify the issue.

I've qualified every day so far, have experienced the above issue on 3 days. (that I've noticed) Thanks for working on it for next year.

We have a fantastic record of reimbursements or new tournaments and giveaways if any mistake is made during our promotions.

Why do you not respond to the fact that many players weren't able to participate in the TOT Haunted Freeroll back in October, it was an issue on the network's side, and nothing was ever done about it?

Posting in here bc it didn't count my "see flop w 72 in hold em cash game" for today's challenges. I saw a flop w 72 in boost NLHE and it didn't count it.

That's because boost isn't considered just a hold em cash game. You need to go to a regular table.

Same with immortal race rake challenge for the week the site had cyber attacks. At first they halved the prizepools, then stated that they'd pay out the full amount. My share seemed very small for the place I got and it feels like they did not properly adjust the prizepools back to what they originally were. I also did not get an email that recapped my place and the amount I received.

I notified Mike via PM and was told it'd be looked at. Months went by and no response. He now wants me to PM him again and give a detailed breakdown of the prizepool and what I feel I should have received etc. I mean c'mon, they gave no indication of how those were calculated. How am I supposed to know that?

They seem to be good at avoidance whenever it suits them tbh. If you say it will be looked at, then it should be looked at. I shouldn't have to do all the legwork to make anything happen in regards to having a 3 month old issue rectified.

I saw the flop with 72 twice and it wasn't recorded. I took down the hand history number and gave it to live chat. They told me that I was "dealt 27 and not 72". This was at regular tables and not boost.

I would also be great to be able to see the points that we've earned towards each tournament.

Mike, why some players haven't any promotions lust couple of month? I haven't any mission of "25 days of poker", my mission tab is empty many many weeks. this is discrimination? why someone decides to reward some players and not reward others? on what basis do you decide this?
