I am told that one of the items in the release is a server stability improvement that should prevent the issues you experienced last week. The downtime will not affect the main tournaments tomorrow evening.

Hi guys, currently having trouble logging in to the desktop BOL client, receiving a 403 error, though I can log in without problems on web. Is there an outage or otherwise Chris can you get in touch?

I can confirm there was a temporary issue affecting players in certain regions. I was told it was fixed later in the day.

I am also locked out and getting the same 403 error. I can only login online.

I called Betonline. They said to uninstall and reinstall Betonline to my computer. I am still getting the same error message.

What's going on???

Update - still having the 403 error on one computer but not the other. Reinstall won't help...any update?

I am told this 403 error is affecting only certain players. It is being looked at by the IT Team as it appears to be related to a connectivity issue from certain regions to the poker platform.

I am told this should not be an issue affecting the ability to log in to the poker platform. If you are still experiencing this problem would you please shoot me a private message with your poker nickname and if possible a screenshot of the error that shows if you are using the desktop, mobile or web poker client.

Will review with the IT team on a case by case basis.

I need to speak with a BetOnline representative:
My account has been suddenly&without any warning locked, and i am seeking help;

This is what they sent me on email:
"Following a routine review of your account,
we have reason to believe that you may have been using automated software to play on your behalf or assist with your decision making.
This is prohibited by our rules, etc..."

All i ever used was the tool offered by BetOnline, namely "the betonline poker hands indicator";
I play my poker games by hand and in person, nobody nor anything plays my poker games instead of me myself;

I appreciate any help to resolve this situation!

BetOnline game integrity team has just confirmed that my account is cleared for game, pending my KYC verification;

A question about KYC check: the documents approval team are not responding at documents@betonline.ag - is that unusual?

update: my acc is cleared for game by the game security; and kyc was approved quickly, once i posted to all available help channels;
contacting by email was slow, had to call live support! so, if you have urgent issues - do not rely on just one method of communication..

Anybody know if they charge extra rake for running it twice in cash games?

Hi, I'm often forced to post a blind the moment my games open even if I'm UTG. I have "Wait for Big/Over Blind," selected under Table>Gameplay Options. Is there anything else I can do? I'm on Sportsbetting.

It's a well known and long lasting bug, you can turn off the auto buy-in feature and sit down manually
