Regarding the upcoming $100K tournament, what is the policy if multiple satellites are won? Will a satellite won after the player is already registered for the tournament be paid out in $TM since a ticket for a one time tournament would be useless? Or would an additional ticket be given for entry to any $109 tournament? Or nothing at all?

my twitter is @LRCJ1983 where I posted a video of the button skipping a player, this happens often. I contacted chat and they emailed me the next day saying there is no problem lol

not to mention the button goes to me!!! lmao

when a new player joins the table and they get put in a seat in between the blinds the software doesn't know what to do, this is a major problem. We were 10 off the money at the time. I've seen it at least 5 times in the past two nights

Hi dpr1012,

Multiple seats won can be used as re-entries while the tourney is in late registration.

Any unused tickets past late registration will be converted into Tourney Money (TM), probably on the Monday after the $100k.

Kind Regards

Re: BetOnline.ag Poker: General Discussions Thread
Hi everybody, hope you are all well.

I’ve worked on a few proposals with the poker team and I’d like to hear your thoughts on the following:

$100,000 GTD tournament ($109 buy-in end of November): in recent surveys our players stated that they wanted us to invest more in tournaments series, bigger events and missions/challenges that seem to be quite popular nowadays. I just want you all to know that we are currently working on this and the upcoming event is only the beginning.

Points only 100-Seater to the $100,000 GTD: we want all of you to be part of this event and this month you guys will have the chance to enter this special mega satellite with your VIP Points. It’s a great chance to spend your points and secure your $109 seat.

VIP Points and VIP Levels: at this point I can give you guys a bit of info with regards to a more robust plan for your VIP points. At this stage you are more than welcome to pitch in with ideas and hopefully we can turn those around to deliver a program that makes you happy. At the end of the day, that’s what we are trying to accomplish. So, in theory our goal is to give you guys the chance to participate in weekly rewards (based on your VIP level).

Also we are considering exclusive weekly tournaments for each of the tiers and you will be able to exchange your points into those. There’s also bonus offers by VIP level and other gimmicky stuff in the pipeline that we are confident to deliver soon. Until then we will continue to bring you ways to use your points.

PLO Weekends: we added a significant amount of PLO tourneys to our weekend schedule. Check these out in November and let me know any feedback you might have.
As always feel free to message me with any suggestions or feedback.

Kind Regards

Mike

If VIP points can't be used for conversion to cash then at the very least they should be available for all tourney buyins not just the micro vip tourneys. If neither of these are possible then I don't see the point in having them at all. This would put your site at a disadvantage to ACR which pains me to say. With the problems they are having at Winning Poker Network it seems BetOnline should be taking customers left and right if you could fix a couple small issues

Let me be clear I've taken my money off Acr and hope Betonline continues to grow

Hi, Mike
Could you help me with tiger? I made account on tiger 2 years ago. And 1 year ago I closed my skrill and reopened in another currency from new email. After that I made deposit from new skrill to tiger, won some money, and tried to withdraw them. Tiger rejected it, cause my email details doesn't match skrill. I have been making requests about changing email in account details for 4 month, and always I have been receiving message from Ashley Clark (Financial Services Department), that my phone is unavaible. For 4 month! And he adviced me to call them: 1-800-977-4717. This number is always unavaible. I made the same request 24h ago. Could you help me to solve this problem?

So the value of the points has been completely slashed to the point where they're worth like 1% of their old value?

You used to be able to buy-in direct to the 100k ($109 value), now we're talking about a freeroll for $1 in equity.

There are many players with 1 million+ points (I have 2 million+), most of those earned before the value of points was taken away and without notifying the players whatsoever. Some may have continued playing under the assumption that they'd be getting that extra bit of bonus money via the points scheme.

It seems incredibly shady not to at least honor the old rate for existing points and then if you want to change the points system to something where you're earning freerolls worth a few dollars, at least the players can make a decision as to whether it's worth their time to continue here with accurate information.

The VIP Points/VIP Levels scheme has potential and I think I can speak for the majority that:

points for cash >>> points for bonus >>>>> points for all tourney buyins >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> points for satellites/freerolls

Give or take a few >s here and there

Anyways, I'm hoping that the result of the new system is that points are at least worth as much as they were previously and I really think BOL could capitalize with an even more robust system and capture a lot of the market that is frustrated with the current options and debating their next step.

I agree with these guys. Buying into a satellite with VIP points isn't very exciting. Even buying straight into a tourney wasn't great but it was much better than the status quo the last few months. I'll repost for emphasis.

I feel like the general player pool in mtts are not syked about these increased late regs. That was kind of the appeal of playing on the site. Now its over.

+1

Structures have gotten worse and the late reg has gotten longer = more rake is better.

I agree about issue increasing late reg. I get the prizepool would increase with longer than reg. However, you have players max reg late with 10 or bb hoping to double up to make the money.

One main features of Betonline was shorter late reg than other sites.

Definitely not a fan of the 17 or 14 level tourneys, however I do want bigger prize pools so I understand the issue. 2 1/2 hours of late reg should be the absolute max but I prefer around 2

Sounds good for the vip levels and being able to buyin to some tournaments. I would like to be able to buyin to most of the tournaments with the vip points. In the past, I believe it were something around 150k points to buyin to the Sunday Main. This would be nice.
11-12-2019 , 10:39 PM
If I'm not mistaken, I believe it was 190,750 for the $109s and 96,250 for the $55s.

This is being overlooked.

Hearing people have 2mil+ makes me feel a little better about my 300k of worthless points
