Hey JohnyB,

The PKO Series ended February 26th. Unconfirmed yet, but in March (most likely the last week in March) there will be a Mystery Poker Series that includes Mystery Prizes to players that participate in the series. I will send further details on this over the next few days.

My best,

Chris

What about this schedule then? https://www.betonline.ag/poker-kotr-2022
Also what happened with the Leaderboard thing when half of the tournaments did not run?
Am I misreading something?

That’s the reputation this site has. Just like player points things can just disappear without notice. They just raised rake on March 1st in cash games and about a year ago raised play through on bonuses. They think we are fools. It will take a while until the suckers realize they are getting robbed blind but their player base will also disappear on them without notice

Hi Cris,

Almost one month had passed, any news?

Every single poker site in the world works perfectly fine with sharkscope, its very simples to do that. Something so simple and important cant be neglected this way. We pay a lot of rake but nothing returns.

Thats the last week I will play here if the problem persists.

Hey Johny,

This is last year's King of the Ring series. May I know how you got to the link?

I can report that to the team in case it is displayed by mistake somewhere on the website.

The link to this year's series was this: https://www.betonline.ag/kotr-pko-series-2023

Regards,
Chris

Hi Iberian,

The poker team is working with Sharkscope to find a solution that allows them to continue to track this data.

Will update the thread when both parts are confident with an ETA for the fix.

Chris

How the hell did I get that link then, I actually don't know, I might've searched for KOTR in google and found it that way, because I wanted to see a schedule.
Anyways, its good to know that it ran by the schedule and it was a mistake on my part, my bad.
I'm looking forward to the upcoming mystery bounty series, that you mentioned.
Thanks for the answers.
EDIT: I also think it could've been displayed on the popup when you open BetOnline, but I could be wrong.

Appreciate the info... will ask the team to investigate.

Regarding Mystery Series, the details should be communicated this week. The dates are confirmed for March 27th through April 2nd now, I just checked that.

Small spoiler, the series seems to guarantee $600K+ in tournaments and they'll be Mystery Prizes for players that fall short from the money, players that finish in the bubble and players that get eliminated first in each tournament.

Will send the final details this week once its been fully announced.

My best,
Chris

Is there some way I'm not seeing to turn off the incredibly annoying thrown objects? Can't find anything in Settings or Animation. Incredibly stupid and annoying to have to wait several seconds for virtual tomatoes to slide off my cards so I can see what hand I'm holding

Yes, it's in the settings somewhere. I'd screenshot it for you, but the client doesn't allow you to anymore.

And I also find it ridiculous that, with their extremely short time to act and timebanks that they thought it was a good idea to cover your hole cards with the animations. I was somebody willing to go back at other players with the throwables in the few MTTs I played, but zero chance I'd leave that feature on while sitting at cash tables.

had this happen to me as well, used sportsbetting for sports only, dabbled poker around 3-4 years ago and also had to have it unlocked.

Hey Sharp,

Unfortunately there is only the web client for iOS mobile devices. Android does have an apk application that you can download but no iPhone.

I presume it is because of the Apple Store restrictions.

Great!

Just after I had the best 30 days in the micro SNGs.

Oh, and can we get some 1.50 PLO and PKO SNGs?

Really boring without them (for us micro recs).

Hey everyone. Hoping someone here could offer some advice.

A week ago, I logged into my account and saw that my balance was $48, when it should have been around $3000. I called customer service and they said that I had played at 5:30 am and lost it playing 6 max 2-5 and 5-10 NLH. I reported this as fraud, as 1) I am asleep at that hour and 2) I have never once played 2-5 or 5-10 NLH in the 4 years that I've been a member. I mostly play PLO and micro tournaments, and when I play cash games, I usually play at .05-1 blinds where the max buy in amount is $100, compared to 2-5 and 5-10 where the individual was buying in for $500. This individual proceeded to chip dump almost $3000, 90% of which was dumped to 1 player.

I conveyed all of this to the customer service rep, and he told me this will investigate. I call back a day later, and they told me that they could not identify a security breach, and that the IP addresses were the same. I told them that I have never shared my password or username with anyone, I play solely on my phone and laptop, and that I was alone when this occurred. They insisted that there was nothing further that could be done, and that the ticket was closed. I escalated the matter to a supervisor, who basically conveyed the same thing, and told me he will open a new ticket for further review. This was on Monday, he told me I will get a call back on Tuesday, and it is now Thursday. I even gave him the username of the individual whom the chips were dumped to, as they should immediately restrict their account to protect their customers.

I am pessimistic about the future outcome based on all of our conversations. I've asked friends in IT about my situation, and there is something known as "IP spoofing", whereby hackers could hack into your devices and conduct illegal activity and make it appear as if it's coming from your IP.

Has anyone every experienced this before? What should I do? I am not tech savvy and I feel like i've exhausted all resources. Appreciate any help.

I'm not an IT professional, but it seems to be that if someone were to spoof your IP, they would have to first know your IP, along with your log in info, and that seems like that's a lot of info for you to have out there and not know.

It's more likely that they are lying to you because they aren't going to lose money out of their pocket because you didn't secure your account, and also if they set that precedent it would be a pretty easy way for them to get angled.

For the record, it's most likely that you got drunk and punted or that someone who lives with you/is staying with you/you gave your info to got drunk and punted. I'm not saying that's what happened here, just that if we're using a predictive model to come up with scenarios, that would be the one.

I'm sure you've been asked this a hundred times by your IT friends, but: does anyone have your log in info? was anyone aside from you in your house at that time? did you use the same username/pw as on other sites? did you download anything odd recently?

What was the account nickname of the player? How many hands were played?
03-24-2023 , 03:10 PM
209 hands over an hour and 20 minutes. Chips were dumped mostly to CTOocean112
03-24-2023 , 03:12 PM
nobody has my login info (that I'm aware of). I was home alone at the time, asleep. I have not downloaded anything funky lately (to my knowledge).

Check out the email I just received with no explanation as to why they did this. I withdrew my balance after they raised the rake

No idea lol, I responded asking why? Will update if they give me an answer. Really odd since my balance is zero

I've played a lot of hands here at those stakes over the last few years and that is not an account I'm familiar with. Perhaps they are a newer reg, but them being unknown to me and the fact that it happened over such a short period of hands definitely adds validity to something suspicious having taken place.

I wish their client didn't block screenshots so that you could post some of the more suspicious HHs.
