Yeah hopefully some kinda oversight and not foul play. As I've said I've had plenty of transactions here and they've always been really fast.

I Pmed Mike my account and transaction ID maybe he can look into it. He hasnt been on in awhile I noticed. Maybe a vacation.

I have over $18,000 in my sportsbetting.ag poker account. They said my account is closed and under review. I rightfully earned this money and sincerely hope they do not keep my funds. I want to be able to withdraw my money at the very least.

I have been trying to get the cashier open to me for a few days on sportsbetting.ag. Support told me that they saw no issue with my account and it was being worked on. This morning it opened up for me and I did a test deposit with Bitcoin. The deposit went through, but now my account is closed and under review. I have a great deal of money in this account, and want to at least be able to withdraw all of my money to Bitcoin. This is very stressful for me. @BetOnline Mike are you able to help?

Is this standard practice or should I be concerned that I won't be getting my money?

Occasional account reviews prior to processing a transaction is standard practice and is not exclusive to this site/network. If you've done nothing wrong then you have nothing to worry about and you should expect the transaction to be processed when they complete the review.

You can always asked them in what way can you assist them in order to accelerate the process. Be polite and helpful and as MCAChiTown wisely said "If you've done nothing wrong then you have nothing to worry about"

Yes, I did send them a message asking what the reason for locking my account for review is. I also spoke with live chat. All they would say is I'll get an answer within 48 hours, but would not tell me anything more. I guess I have no choice but to wait and hope for the best. I will keep you posted on any new developments.

It has been about 48 hours and I am still waiting on them to let me know the results. It sounds like they said I have a "linked" account. I think it's possible I signed up for one a long time ago and forgot about it. Though I never would have used them simultaneously. I also don't use deposit bonuses or anything of that nature. Considering I didn't use the other account and did nothing sketchy. This should not be a reason for them to confiscate my funds and close my account permanently? It was an honest mistake if I even had another account, and I wouldn't have touched it in years. I seriously hope this won't cause issues and will keep everyone posted.

I still haven't heard anything. Any assistance getting this resolved would be greatly appreciated. As far as I know the only possible issue is that I have an old user account that I forgot about but have not been using. I don't see why this would justify closing my account and not reopening, as it would be an honest mistake.

So I now see Betonline Mike is taking off the moderator list. Their was also another mod active when I popped in this forum yesterday cant remember his name but he was showing in the active users list and was reading bighollywoods thread which he didnt reply to. Well I see hes removed from the mod list too. So I guess were SOL for mods helping with problems at this point.

I'm writing off my deposit at this point. Luckily it wasnt a big one. I'll be taking videos of all future transactions with bitcoin to make sure I have every inch of proof. I'd be careful on making big transactions on here if this is something that can happen.

I see two new names on the moderator list, weird. Pretty sure one of the previous mods came from ACR recently and had been working with the mtt schedule for a while now. You would think they could make a post letting everyone know they will be helping people out on future issues

Edit: maybe they’ve been on the list??? Who knows

Those guys both havent logged in since 2020 one in March one in September. I believe yesterday they had four mods on the list. The active mod on here yesterday didnt post anywhere but was reading a thread and is now off the list. I dont remember his name and Mike was active a few weeks ago has now been deleted with the active mod.

Maybe there is no active mods on here anymore and nobody is aware. Maybe they introduce a new one but seems unlikely as its been awhile with no mod replies.

I hopped on here like two nights ago as I've been waiting for a reply about a missing deposit I had recently. I looked down seen a active mod on the user list forgot the name now. I clicked the mods name he was literally reading this thread I kid you not, I posted about this is in the cashier thread before you made this post.

Well when I got up that mod and Mike both off the mods list. Only active mods from BOL havent been on in awhile. I take it we have no active reps in this forum.

I am still waiting on them to complete the "review" for my account. It's been about a week now and they said it would be 72 hours, then Monday or Tuesday at the latest. It is now Wednesday and still nothing. When I try to follow up they give me zero detail. Just say it's still under review and someone from the relevant will contact me when it's done. I'm starting to get incredibly frustrated at this point with this situation.

I have problem with payout on Tigergaming (same network like BetOnline).
I deposited via Bitcoin (Coinbase) mounth ago, sent documents for verifying.
Now I want to cashout some money with the same method Bitcoin (Coinbase).
I have problem with 2 step verification process, If I choose verify with email...I dont receive 4 digit code by email. If I choose verify with phone number...it takes error.
Tried different browsers, different device to use but without success, always the same error.
Live chat..no help me.
Anobody with the same problem?

They let me know last night the the review is almost complete and I will hear by Friday at the latest. Hopefully they give me access to my account and there are no complications or issues. I will update everyone when I do hear back.
