You'll need to make more posts throughout the forums for private messaging to be enabled on your account. Try to find some threads that interest you and make a comment in them. It shouldn't take too many posts.

You could also join the Discord group linked by NINzent a few posts back. As long as we can confirm your account at the tables I can give you access to the information on either platform.

There are definitely some winning bots on my list. There are also some slightly losing or break-even ones.

I can't guarantee that it will help you detect bots on other sites, but it probably would. These types of bots have been seen on several other networks.

Hi Mike, considering the 2 ways I could be likely to deposit money again and also refer potentially over a dozen friends and aquaintances back to CHICO instead of telling to STEER CLEAR would be:

1.) The most obvious which is control the bots - and not just for 1 or 2 months and not just 50% or 70% - but 100% control for 100% of future time.

2.) Significantly reduce the rake to around 6.5 or 7bb/100

What steps are you and your team taking to make the rake structure more competitive and fair? Your site literally has the highest rake out of any site I have ever played on. That is not something to be proud of.

Sick of getting coolered by the card sharing house bots, and yes they are BetOnline's bots until they can/will do something about game integrity. Withdrew and uninstalled (not that they care).

not only do they ban the specific accounts but they reimburse players as well.

A decent amount of bot accounts have gotten banned recently, why are the players not getting their money back?

Just regarding seating scripts. I would guess that something like this has been suggested before but is there any way a system could be implemented within the software where if you click to sit down at a table, there would be a random delay of anywhere from 1-20 seconds. This random delay would significantly reduce the efficacy of any seating script and ensure a more level playing field.

There are much easier ways to combat seating scripts, like actually banning the really obvious ones (Chitown has a long list of all people who are scripting for certain) and only allowing the software to open one table that you are not sitting on.
I suggested both, neither happened so far.

Received an email a couple hours ago that I received a refund due to playing against players they just banned. anybody else? few hundred dollars so not much but a step in the right direction i think.

Yeah some people on our Discord server also came forward saying that they recieved some refunds, pretty amazing
I hope there is still more to come. I also lost money to a bunch of bots, for example I'm down 2590.87$ vs SunSwiftness who got banned 3 months ago and didn't recieve any refunds

so today betonline started with their freebuy series. i played the 1000 guaranteed where you could rebuy or addon with 50 cents. this tournament had a normal payout, more or less 15 percent of the players would get paid.

now suddenly, after more than 2 hours of play and right at the end of the rebuy phase and at the beginning of the addon phase, they changed the payout to winner takes all there were around 400 player of more than 2000 left at this point, the original payout would be 332 players paid.

this was very confusing so i wrote with live chat and they told me this was a "cardroom decision"

i obviously moved allin after i got this very tilting info and lost my stack. before i was like top ten and things looked good for me and other bigstacks.

i think this its very shady to change the payout just like that DURING the tournament, i never saw such practices ever before. people were playing tight and solid to get in the money. they also rebought which probably only few would have done if the would have know its a winner takes all.

stay away from this shady site is my only conclusion here. its such a deceptive move and i think they only wanted to get people on their site for advertising this freebuy thing. with all the rebuys and addons done (which would not have been done if the tourney was a winner takes all from the beginning) there was almost no money contributed by betonline to this tournament.

really i never ever saw a site doing something like this in the past. i feel cheated for the time i spent playing there in this tournament and for my chances of getting a solid cash. luckily i did not rebuy or addon.

Omg I witnessed that. I played in that freeroll last night and BetOnline changed the payout structure mid tournament which is shady as hell. I’m sure no one would rebuy or add on if they knew it was winner take all from the start. I added on for $0.50 thinking it would help me cash higher but after the add on the prize structure changed from Yop 15% of field gets payed to only winner take all. This makes BO questionable and I will play more ACR from now on.

I got 7th and they won't respond to my emails. What a joke this place is, time to cashout I guess. Can't trust a site that changes payout structure in middle of a tournament ! ! ! I would reccomend avoiding playing here to anyone with a brain !

Yeah must be really tilting to reach the final table. I just moved in evey hand after i saw they changed the payout. I really wonder why they did this.

I just reached out to BetOnline Team and they are telling me there was a setting error in the tournament and that all 332 accounts were issued a manual adjustment yesterday to correct those prizes.

They should care. I know 3 people other than myself who have not even posted in this forum that withdrew their entire bankroll off. I know about another 4 maybe 5 I explicitly told to NEVER deposit any money on this site, ever. Those people and the 4 or 5 others - what do you think they would say to someone else who inquired about any relevant info they might have on Bet Online?

Not to mention easily over 15 posters directly from this forum that have said they were totally done with the site.

That's potentially 100+ possible clients not even counting 2nd + 3rd hand inquiries.

Assuming each of those 100 clients could have raked modestly ~$1,500 a month, that is $150,000 a month BetOnline has lost just from my own personal sphere of keeping up with this thread.

Well looks like they finally stole all our VIP points.

Without even an announcement, or any compensation. And they kept saying, "Wait, be patient."
