I feel PIO Solver\ ICMIZER and other GTO applications should not be running (or corresponding service) while logged into the Betonline poker client. I do not feel appropriate solution would uninstall the application while playing some poker on Betonline (or Chico poker clients). I do not have PIOSolver, so does this application use a service running at start of the deskop\laptop?

I would with MCACHITOWN is Betonline application should provide warning message about prohibited software when you open the poker client.

I am glad Betonline (Chico) is looking at solutions to make fairer playing field. There is major issue with player receive Prohibited Software Emails for the HUD but other players have not receive one warning since March for using a HUD.

One of my chats with Betonline Customer Support indicated ALL Player Running Third-Party Poker solution would have received warning email. My understanding of this statement is inaccurate.

I have noticed a number of poker players streaming on Twitch.TV are using a HUD when they are grinding cash, SnGs or MTT on Betonline or corresponding skins.

Ace Poker Solutions support (DriveHUD) had assured me that Betonline (Chico) has not banned a player for using a hud.

My concern is the warning emails and customer support did not provide what application or service running caused my system to flagged while running the poker client.

I did not use DriveHUD while grinding Betonline MTT from July 8th to September 2nd. I had left DriveHUD running after finishing competitor's MTT. I had open Betonline and registered for MTT. I forgot about DriveHUD and it had capture stats for two-hands. I had closed DriveHUD and continue playing the MTT.

I had found on September 5th that my account was locked again. I had contact support on September 6th. The poker customer support indicated I would reply to the warning email from June. I did not receive replay from Financialservices@betonline.ag when sent inquiry at end of June (first lock out)

I had discussed with Harper (Poker customer service rep) via chat on Sept. 9th (Monday). I had asked Does Betonline support HUD. He indicated HUD supports. He had review my account indicated locked and I have uninstall the software.

I have not received information on what software is an issue. I was able play for almost two months then my account was locked in September after leaving DriveHUD running by mistake.

It is not fair to ask player uninstall the software when they have not given information regarding specific application caused a violation.

Have we gotten a response on this pio issue from a BetOnline rep yet? I got a warning email as well but I have never used Pio in game (it would be impossible to run spots on my 8gb ram laptop fast enough anyway). I responded to the email TWICE asking for clarification that I didn't need to physically uninstall pio before all my sessions and have not heard back yet. It's been over a week and I'm concerned if I try to withdraw in the future I will have issues.

Considering not playing on there this Sunday if I don't hear back from support in time. Thoughts?

Hi Guys,

This has been spoken about many times.
I am currently waiting on a list of allowed and prohibited software.
Currently piosolver and many others are prohibited software.
Many people have found that piosolver and other software are still detectable even when it has been closed.
Some Players uninstall piosolver and reinstall it after their session.
As prohibited software is against our FairPlay rules, the Chico network takes every case extremely seriously.
Repeat offenders, by accident or not are flagged within the security team.
We have recently increased our security greatly and we believe you will see the rewards in the near future.

If anybody is having issues with anything please feel free to send me a private message and I will do my best to help out.

Since then, I again sent the documents, but the support told me that they did not receive them. Today I sent it again and waited for confirmation of receipt. I am very tired of this. Could you aggravate this process? Since August 21, I’ve been trying to pass the usual test, which takes a couple of days at other poker rooms. This is just unbelievable. Mike, can you help me with this?

I've now been banned 3 times with no explanation of what software I've supposedly been using. I love playing on this site, but it's become more frustrating than anything else. I'm currently trying to get my account unlocked for the third time.

The fact that they tell you to uninstall the software is almost an admission that they know they aren't able to detect it correctly.

Yes sometimes your account can be locked, without any email - I've been there, but you can try to catch some one on live chat, they always provided more datils for me.

I don’t think it works for chico or Bodog atm. I saw a post that ace might be adding support to their card catchers for it in the future.

these are the "$10 TM - Comp. Point Freerolls" ($0.08 buyin)

I asked him, "they can ONLY be used for the $10 freerolls?" and responded "yes"

The new system has not been implemented yet. I have mentioned in a few posts that I am hoping this is going to happen very soon. As soon as I am told anything I will post immediately for you guys to see.

Interesting to see so many posts about the same thing I wanted to post about.

I've actually never played an MTT on this site but I did recently deposit with the intent to do so and was his with the "PIO is a bot" email too.

Would appreciate some follow up since I haven't gotten any after I responded to their intial email.

I don't want to clog the thread or make it seem like I'm pestering anyone, but I still have not received a follow up from BetOnline about whether I need to uninstall PIO Solver from my machine before I can play MTTs on their site in conformity with the site rules.

I understand this thread and their email accounts are not constantly monitored by BO and I respect the fact that it make take a few days to get back but it's now been several days since I was told I have a bot (they called PIO a "bot") installed on my computer and I still do not know what I should do to make sure I'm playing by the rules.

I'm not gonna pretend like my Sunday MTT rake that I'd be paying is a significant part of BO's revenue, but I guarantee you I'm not the only potential reg who's holding off on playing games on this site until we hear a response.

And also I said the following in my email but I don't care if writing this here reveals my identity to BO: PIO is not a "bot", it's ludicrous to call it that, I 100% respect a rule that says it can't be open or in use during play and personally never ever ever have it open when I am playing, but let's be very clear about the terminology

Also, does their prohibited technology include all HUDs/trackign software (PT4, etc)?

Is there any trick to stopping the constant phone calls from Betonline trying to get me to bet sports? Get at least one during or after every single poker session. Seriously annoying.

How long does it take you to call your fellow employees and ask for a list of prohibited software? Obviously there must be a list somewhere. Why isn't it posted yet? It's been 9 days.

played my first session on betonline in a long time today and I just got a cold call from a Vegas number by some dude saying he was a betonline rep. Asked if I was interested in sports betting. I said no and then he offered me a 100% deposit bonus. Has this happened to anyone else? Is it legit?

Just a quick heads-up, there is currently a likely bot operating on the Chico network called pretty_gamer. This bot was already outed on WPN and it appears they have moved their scummy operation to Chico. If this is not the right place to post this or the two accounts are not the same person I apologize in advance.
