I feel PIO Solver\ ICMIZER and other GTO applications should not be running (or corresponding service) while logged into the Betonline poker client. I do not feel appropriate solution would uninstall the application while playing some poker on Betonline (or Chico poker clients). I do not have PIOSolver, so does this application use a service running at start of the deskop\laptop?
I would with MCACHITOWN is Betonline application should provide warning message about prohibited software when you open the poker client.
I am glad Betonline (Chico) is looking at solutions to make fairer playing field. There is major issue with player receive Prohibited Software Emails for the HUD but other players have not receive one warning since March for using a HUD.
One of my chats with Betonline Customer Support indicated
ALL Player Running Third-Party Poker solution would have received warning email. My understanding of this statement is inaccurate.
I have noticed a number of poker players streaming on Twitch.TV are using a HUD when they are grinding cash, SnGs or MTT on Betonline or corresponding skins.
Ace Poker Solutions support (DriveHUD) had assured me that Betonline (Chico) has not banned a player for using a hud.

My concern is the warning emails and customer support did not provide what application or service running caused my system to flagged while running the poker client.
I did not use DriveHUD while grinding Betonline MTT from July 8th to September 2nd. I had left DriveHUD running after finishing competitor's MTT. I had open Betonline and registered for MTT. I forgot about DriveHUD and it had capture stats for two-hands. I had closed DriveHUD and continue playing the MTT.
I had found on September 5th that my account was locked again. I had contact support on September 6th. The poker customer support indicated I would reply to the warning email from June. I did not receive replay from
Financialservices@betonline.ag when sent inquiry at end of June (first lock out)
I had discussed with Harper (Poker customer service rep) via chat on Sept. 9th (Monday). I had asked Does Betonline support HUD. He indicated HUD supports. He had review my account indicated locked and I have uninstall the software.
I have not received information on what software is an issue. I was able play for almost two months then my account was locked in September after leaving DriveHUD running by mistake.
It is not fair to ask player uninstall the software when they have not given information regarding specific application caused a violation.
