couple months ago i did a site to site transfer with someone on parttimepoker and i ended up losing the money at blackjack within 15 minutes and i guess that guy ended up being a part of a fraud ring who was frauding UB. given the little history on my account (dont think i ever had money on there before that transfer) they have tied my account into this and have banned my account for life from both ub/ap

ive emailed them countless times trying to appeal this ban saying i have nothing to do with this and that id be willing to provide any info (id/utility/passport/etc) to try and get this resolved but they wont let me appeal at all saying their decision is final and nothing i can do about it

i have recently cracked the top 60 OPR for last 120 days and top 125 for the year on FTP and have started playing fulltime this year so its pretty obvious i am not in any way trying to scam them

I highly doubt it, your account is most likely getting locked on any site this happens. You seem to be doing pretty well playing, Id avoid doing transfers with anyone in the future and take it as a cheap lesson learned.

1) Don't do money transfers with people who you wouldn't trust with you life.

2) UB is doing you a favor. Be thankful.

3) Chances of you getting your account back are very low so I wouldn't bother trying.

I thought UB had a listed phone number where their players could directly contact someone. Or is this for their "VIPs" only?

Pretty sure we've had threads where people have been able to call their support as well.

Not that it matters but I don't think the first part of the quote makes much difference to any of this. Showing that you are a winning player is hardly "proof" that you can't possibly be a scammer.
