Technically, yes, you can visit and play if you can prove you are there.
There are more than a handful of players that have travelled and were unable to get verified in time for the game they want to play. Try getting that done as soon as possible, may e even call Caesar's and explain the situation and ask to speak with someone in the WSOP dept like Seth or Simone.
