I really enjoy the games and the site for the most part, it's just very frustrating the weird cashout requirements as someone who mostly has played on crypto poker sites since black friday that are native to crypto and none of this exists. It's pretty instant with the deposit/withdraws they just don't have the stakes or players sadly.

appreciate you taking the time to clarify their message for them. It's not clear that you can't withdraw winnings before the rollover is completed. Their email makes it seems as though that's all you can withdraw, hence all the frustration that really could be avoided.

Anyway, this thread can be closed I guess, but if anyone from WPN sees this, yall should really update your language in your emails to avoid this and consider removing these silly rules for crypto users all together. It doesn't benefit you in any way. Ideally i'd be able to deposit and withdraw daily. There's no need to leave funds on a poker site long term anymore. I'll be back tomorrow with more funds to rake some more. You don't have to force me to stay.

I can see how you might have read the email that way, as the language is a bit ambiguous.

I would suggest that what is probably meant would have been better worded with a small addition, like:

Did a 10k max cashout and it arrived in about an hour.

I deposit 500+ on Ignition with crypto to get ticket, there is no rollover requirement to cash out, funds are immediately available to cash out.

If I pick a bonus, say 25%+points, then the funds are locked, but I can release the bonus (I don't do this often).

If I deposit without bonus, funds are available to withdraw immediately.

This is, of course, after my first welcome bonus deposit.
