Withdrawing from ACR while living in NY?

I want to withdraw from ACR. I tried to withdraw using crypto. It said that my request was denied because I have not given them an ID. I live in NY, and am worried that if I give them my ID, they’ll shut down my account.
Advice?

acr allows for NY. I'm from NYC and have withdrawn money and deposited money many times on the site. I have to say, I've never been asked for an ID though despite withdrawing > 30k
