Anybody else getting short changed on there player points bonus level. I've reached level 4 (4000 pts) the past 2 months but when they give out the bonus points rewards statement they only gave me credit for ~2500 pts (level 3) for August and only ~700 pts (level 1 or 2) for Sept. Never had this problem before.

Having trouble connecting the last couple days. Anybody else?

I have been having problems for the last 3 weeks as well. I have been trying to exchange my rewards points but have not received any reply from support. The last couple of days I gave in and was gonna just deposit some cash so I could play but now I can't even access my cashier?!? I have continually and cordially emailed support with no reply (except for the automated computer reply). I have never had these problems with winpoker or winpoker support before.

I'm glad I'm not the only one.

I deposited some bitcoins to winpoker a while back, played a bit, and decided to cash out. When I tried to cashout via bitcoins, I got a bunch of server errors from the page they directed me to. I sent them an email and waited.
A week has passed, the issue hasn't been resolved and customer support hasn't contacted me. I go to the website, deposit €16 from my skrill account to add it to my payment methods. It goes through, and the money shows up on my winpoker account. Then I go and put in a withdrawal request via skrill, everything goes nicely and I'm waiting for my money to arrive. I give it two days, nothing happens. I go on my winpoker profile and my balance is €0 but my cashout is not listed in transaction history on the website, but I see it in the desktop client. I send them an email again. Wait a week, send another email, wait a couple of days, send another email from another email address.
It's been a three weeks now, no emails from them, no money on skrill and no money on winpoker.

Same Problem here I wait now 1 Month on my withdraw!
The last email contact i had end October. Bruce write me that Winpoker have Server updates! I try to contact again over email no answer!

No updates. Sent a couple more emails, contacted them via facebook, no answer.
I contacted the gambling commission and the software provider. Nobody responded.

That´s sad news brother. And to think even switchpoker removed their bitcoin deposit/withdrawal option. There really is a strong need for a solid poker room where you can deposit-withdraw with BTC and is not full of scammers (like the big 2). winpoker had the potential to be that one since it tapped into the ipoker network.

No. I'm contacting them every week, no replay. I tried facebook and twitter but with no luck.
I tried contacting the gambling commission that issued the licence. Their answer was that they don't deal in players complaints (???).
I tried contacting the software manufacturer (playtech) since they have a contact form for players complaints. No reply.

A little OT from the most recent posts, but on the topic of the OP, WPN now offers Bitcoin deposits and withdrawals, and they have good reps right here on 2+2 - they have their own subforum within this one.
