Hi recall weeks ago someone mentioned about a Cake Skin that was segregated and not dependent on Cake's Financial stability...

Is there such a cake skin?

that is away from the assets of the company (segregated), where if Cake went under your money is safe?

Hi,
I live in EU and my neteller withdrawal from unleashedpoker is taking for ~9 days. They promised to deliver within 48 hours multiple times and failed (and deposited my money back into my acct) multiple times.

They are saying smth about the need for neteller and unleashedpoker emails to match, but I tried changing emails so the unleashedpoker is the same as neteller email and it didnt help.

Support is absolutely useless/******ed. Should I be worried?

I have had a withdrawal pending to my moneybookers account for 10 days now. I have e-mailed several times and Cake support keep telling me that they have a backlog of cashouts due to "technical problems". They state that they are working hard to process my cashout... time will tell... I'll keep you informed.

Lol, well said. I think there's more delay for Americans than anybody else, and that's a problem across all sites. Even Tilt and Stars.

I requested a cash out of $600 from Victory leaving behind $300. I asked for a check (I've already got burned once by ewallet, so no more etransfers). That request was made on March 1st; status: still pending. I'm glad I didn't have a lot on money on there, or anywhere else for that matter. I'm not saying I won't get paid, but....

Just wanted to add to the thread.

Had a check bounce a few months ago but they sent out a good check asap that cleared.

Also requested another check around 2/1/11 it took about 15 days and cleared.

lol, yeah, let's prosecute and lock up half the state of Washington. The law has been on the books 2-3 years, and no one has been arrested yet. And frankly, I don't care if I am--we need a test case--they won't, because they'd lose it, and it would set a precedence. So don't be concerned with my admitted indulgence in a class C felony....
