Haha I understand man, it's just so hard to believe people are actually getting money when having 60k stuck and not having been paid a ****ing dollar for 12 months.

Hello community. I've been part of cake network for 2 years (now wincake) and this is my first cashout attemtp via check.
It's been 5 weeks now and no changes to my pending status. I've done every attempt to contact wincake demanding my $ and it's been in vein. All they've respond was you will get your $, but we can't guarantee when (so it can be months or years from now).
So, I'm wondering if anyone has been in the similar situation and forced to contact the authorities? The way I see it that is one of my last options remaining before going to Curacao myself to take care of this thing.
Anyone else having problem getting your money out from Cakepoker, have been wathing for 18 month's now. Just wrote to them again, and first time in 1 year they wrote back. They only said sorry, and it will still take some time before the money will come.

I would also like to add that during a "pending" cashout I'm unable to request my remaining funds or choose to deposit. With the $3,000 limit keep in mind whatever period I'm waiting it will be double if I choose to withdraw my remaining funds.
