I'm moving over to Cake from another skin. I emailed them yesterday and asked for a QT invite. I got an email back today granting my request. I haven't tried to set it up yet....'crossing fingers'

Didn't epassporte charge 5% for deposits? Doesn't seem too terrible. Also seems if you wait a few days and link a bank account too it , it'll take a fee days and be free.

Yeah, but back when I deposited $100 w/ epassporte it was $5. Now I want to deposit at least 5k = $250

I saw the wire transfer option but it says you have to initiate the transfer from your bank but isn't really clear where to send it to???

OK I got the link to set up the account. I start to set up the account, putting in my personal info and hit the button to transmit it. Nothing happens for 10 minutes. There is an email from them that my account is activated but I have to complete my personal info. I cannot login or use the original activation code to do anything. I emailed support but their hours are 7AM to 4PM GMT. So now I wait.

Thank you for your email. I'm afraid at present UseMyWallet account invitations would only be open to those players who meet criteria laid down by UseMyWallet, which I’m afraid we are unable to discuss at this time. As soon as your account meets these criteria our Cashier team will forward an invitation, apologies for not being able to help you further at this time and thanks in advance for your patience.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

I'm guessing that the 'criteria' is the stakes/volume of rake that you play. I'm just speculating, but it seems if you are playing higher stakes and more hands it's in their interest to keep you happy and playing because you're generating the most rake. It seems that less micro players get invites imo...but just guessing.

Did you just sign up for cake and get your invite? Did you tell them you wanted to get several thousand on their site or something? I thought you were playing on sportsbook?

I used to play on Cake a year ago (for about 6 months?), then I moved around and just cleared a bonus at Sportsbook. Now, I want to go back to Cake cuz that's where my rakeback is. I emailed them and said that I need to get a substantial roll onto the site and said that the other methods did not work because it would take me months to get my money on there a little bit at a time. Like I said, they got back to me in a day and hooked it up.

Ya that's weird. I play a lot, but it's largely low-limit. And they managed to hook me up with an account to cash out with.

"theory busted...wtf is the criteria then????"

No one is quite sure. When they first started to offer on Cake, people that were receiving offers were posting their play levels ect. and nothing seemed to make sence. Many lower rake players received offers over higher rake players yada yada.If you have ever seen the South Park-Family Guy episode with the manatees im guessing its something like that.

They emailed me back in 2 days and the account is OK now. Requested a withdrawal from Cake which is now pending.

Still no moneygram about 30 days later.

Anyone hear anything else about this?

I was denied an invite to UMW so I'm left with checks which take forever. Maybe I'll try the "casino method," ugh.

I'm sure it takes awhile to get an ewallet set up. It'll never be fast enough, but I'm sure they want as many options as they can to get money on and off the site.

To answer my own question: I emailed support about moneygram and they said that basically they are looking into it, but there are no guarantees. I'd wager it's not coming soon, if ever. Hopefully I will be proven wrong!

Also denied UMW again. Will try the "casino method" when and if I get around to it.

I got tired of waiting for MG and set up a UMW account. Just completed 1st cashout. It took 24hrs from Cake to UMW.

So I went to a place suggested by someone else, Villento Casino (microgaming) and set up an account and asked for a UMW account. I even changed my NY address to a FL one just in case. I get this back from support:

"I regret to inform you that your QuickTender referral has been unsuccessful as you had not met the minimum criteria stipulated by QuickTender. I suggest that you perhaps try depositing with VISA, credit or debit. You may also deposit with VISA prepaid.

Villento Brands Helpdesk"

Maybe the problem is that I just asked Cake again the other day and they denied me and Quicktender kept some kind of record. UGH. Who knows.

Anyone else having problems getting a successful referral from a casino site?

Has anyone been able to get an account in the state of NY?

I did this also at Villento and another casino recommended on another forum online. I was denied by both, with the same exact response.

Don't they want our money? Seems like really bad business to me...
