Why do the mega high stake pros go for Full Tilt over Pokerstars? Particularly the well known big names..?

FTP has bigger games than Stars ($400/800 vs. $200/400) and unless they changed their rake for high stakes lower rake ($3 max vs $5 max).
Granted rake probably isn't a huge factor, but that extra $2 a pot adds up.
