Hello guys,

prior to Unibet Open Riga event last year, I didn't receive travel money for the package I won from Unibet before I noticed this and asked Unibet about it. Timeline of events:

17th of November - I win Unibet Open package from special tournament
18th of November - I got mail about winning package (all the usual stuff, including clause "Money towards your travel expenses (€300 to be paid into your poker account within 24 hours")
22nd of November - Finish up dealing with customer service as I've decided starting day
2nd of December - Notice that I haven't received €300 travel money in my account, and send an e-mail to customer service
3rd of December - I got reply that travel money €300 is credited to my account with half-hearted apologies.

Have won about nearly a dozen live tournament packages which included travel money (mainly EMOP-packages, but also GSOP, Superweekend Live, Battle of Malta) and travel money always came either automatically or was paid next day. If I wouldn't have noticed this on my own in this case I'd probably never received my money.

Not a big deal on its own, but due to the serious chain of incidents in Unibet Open and recent experiences of Unibet misconduct and fraudulent action I wanted to share this in case this isn't a single event. More coming later on NVG.

Anyone else got a problem like this when dealing with Unibet?
