Dear VpCeo,
i have some questions, if you wouldnt mind.
1. why didnt Antonio wear a VP patch on the big game?
2. at what level of traffic do you need to breakeven w/ current marketing efforts?
3. did you sign a member of the nov 9 this year?

I have some ideas, if you dont mind.
1. why not sign isildur1, andrew robl said that its estimated that 300k ppl railed him on tilt. seems like signing him and having him play on your site would get alot of ppl to create accounts to rail him on your site.
2. your company spends alot of energy on youtube videos, why not produce a weekly show on pokerstatic. there site says "At Poker Static, we want to give anyone who thinks they have the potential to make a show the opportunity to get one. We want to make that a possibility for people who could provide something that viewers would be interested in seeing" on the front page, im sure they would like the free content and you could produce a quality show that would more effectively drive users to your site than banner ads. i have some ideas for shows if your interested.

yea i feel bad after reading a thread about them possibly going busto, theres a large gap in the quality of ps/ftp and every other poker site. I wish there was another option to play on, shoulda spent the money on building a better platform instead of everleaf imo. sent a pm to vpceo to check out the thread.

Also, does Dan Fleyshman have some sort of mental illness? seen him stutter a lot on tv and it seems very likely he has some sort of syndrome??

One more thing is, My friend whos apart of victory poker told me that he's a MASSIVE liar.

Hey I think some people just enjoy softcore porn with there poker dude.

My idea would be to focus it more on the product rather than marketing it with half naked sluts.
The idea of them sluts on appeal to a certain target audience (shallow type). I think overall if the quality of the product isn't good than it won't sell nor will it achieve long term business. I mean you can counterfit this by letting someone like Eli Elezra or a David mcevoy in victory poker.

There interface seems killer though. I only think of two things, there software and soft players. I was gonna sign up up but they only support HM and I'm a PT guy. The rakeback deal seem's awesome for cash players. There a little short on cash game selection, skipping some levels that a lot of regs play at stars and tilt. There service reps are nice, I chated with them on there support site and they were very polite and answered all my questions and the one's they couldn't answer rite away they e-mailed several times. IMO it's good to play on a bunch of different site esp for cash players and I hope to see VP succeed.

1. Antonio wasn't allowed to wear a patch due to Pokerstars/Fox tv delaying the approval paperwork. We're approved to wear patches on ESPN/NBC/FOX Sports/etc. and in every country we're "white labeled" due to our license so it's sad that he wasn't able to wear it.
Antonio, Robl are filming new episodes for that same show this week.

2. As the level of traffic increases the marketing/employee overhead increases as well. So that's a long business discussion that can't be answered by a simple number of players. Individual players rake me from pennies a month to 8k a month so it just depends.

3. I talked to a few of the November 9 in person that evening that they made the table and I've spoken with them and their agents since. Full Tilt has 7 patches at the final table and is only allowed 3, Pokerstars has 2 and will pick one of those players up leaving 3 for me to fight for. Full Tilt may just pay them to not wear any patch or try to use a loophole and re-patch players as players wearing their patch bust-out. My offers will be strong and I hope to get one of the players, but I won't know until we get closer to November because obviously Full Tilt is dragging it out since it's in their best interest to wait til the last minute.

As far as your ideas go.

1. I'd love to sign Isildur1, I've talked to a few of his friends over the past months but he's an interesting character that comes in and out of the scene based on bankroll and emotion so it's not a simple deal. With his no-limit skill and willingness to gamble and play tons of hours, he'll always be "in the scene" each year and I do want to sign him for obvious reasons, but it's just not that simple at this point.

2. I advertise on Poker Static and have filmed shows/interviews with household name pro's from a multitude of sites so I have a ton of content from not just my pro's but haven't began releasing it as of yet.
I love Poker Static and was their very first advertiser due to Phil Galfond and their CEO being a hard worker.

I hope this answers your questions & ideas.

As far as the other posters on this thread, if you'd like to see if I "stutter" or have a "mental illness" feel free to watch other videos & interviews online.

In regards to Victory being busto, you'll see new signings of pro's along with a multitude of press coming up soon so you'll probably start to think otherwise...

I love 2+2, they've built an amazing site and forum for people to be able to hash out everything from the good the bad and the conspiracy theory.
I wish more upper management from poker sites would answer as many questions as Lee Jones and myself do.

Absolutely. It's great having a communication with the higher up of a Poker room. It shows that you do care

I found it so strange that VPCEO linked himself with Lee Jones in his comments given all the negativity surrounding Cake. Now it all makes sense...
